I prostrate to the Buddha Eye Mother. The wind of Dharmata is the essence of the five elements, the ultimate reality, and inherently exists as the nature of the five primordial wisdoms. At the same time, the conventional clear light wind that accompanies it is also the essence of the five realms, a collection of consciousness. If used as a path, it will transform into the five wisdoms gathered by the path truth. From the ground state, it is very clear and is the basis for the emergence of various cognitions. It is subtle, mixed, and difficult to understand. Because it enters the coarse five elements as the nature of life, it is named the ultimate Bodhicitta and the five wisdoms. When a yogi slightly uses this substance of the five wisdoms, that is, the nature of wind, as a path, these conventional coarse appearances, although they will not completely cease for a while, the coarse appearances will become slightly unclear. The latent habits that were previously hidden in the coarse appearances here will become clear at that time, so it will appear as if they are separately condensed into a lump. Because it is a symbol of subtlety, it is called the size of a mustard seed. The essence of Dharmata, the five wisdoms that exist in the center of the conventional clear light wind, is the ultimate deity, the nature or the essence of the way of being of all unclear container worlds and clear sentient beings. That is, within the other aggregates and realms, there are the coarse five winds, and in its center, there are the subtle clear light five winds, and in its center, there are the extremely subtle Dharmata five wisdoms. The meaning of existing in the center is that it exists in the way of being, not the center of the aggregation of directions. However, according to conventional terms, and as the basis for hitting the key point, and in accordance with the appearance of the yogi, it is merely making such a distinction: in the center of the chakras, especially in the center of the heart chakra knot, in the union of white and red bindus, there exists the clear light wind. Thirdly, in the Guhyasamaja Tantra Subsequent, this meaning is also clearly stated: The nature of the five wisdoms is breath, the nature of the five elements is it. Having arisen from a lumpy form, thoroughly examine the top of the earth. The colors of the five jewels, are said to be life and diligence.

Having contemplated one's own mantra in the heart, one should keep the life force abiding in the bindu, so it is said. This meaning refers to the words of the root tantra above, and not to the words of inviting the consort immediately following it. Moreover, according to the tradition of the noble assembly, it is called the effort of the life force. Thus corrected, as mentioned above, wisdom, that is, the clear and limpid, the nature of the five essences of the five elements, that breath. Together with the five gross winds of the elements and the bindu, it melts. The essence of being united, that is, a globule. In the manner of a rolling globule, the touch of bliss, or letters, bindus, hand gestures, etc., may also be in the form of a globule of color and shape. The meaning of form is the meaning of appearance, that is, by the touch or form of the bindu. Having extracted it from the vajra path, one should contemplate it thoroughly at the tip of the lotus. Moreover, by experiencing the coemergent bliss as a jewel, by focusing on it, one causes the winds to dissolve in that place. Or in the center of the jewel, or at the junction of the channels of method and wisdom, by contemplating it as the form of a bindu, one causes the winds to dissolve. By contemplating it at the tip of the lotus of the wisdom mother, one does likewise. By this example, the secret wheel and the waist, etc., can also be mentioned in passing. This is the teaching of contemplating the material bindu at the tip of the secret place. Moreover, the precious wind, the nature of the five elements, the five colors, for purifying the upper end of the central channel and the eyebrow chakra, above, running in the nostrils of the conventional, with the yoga of vajra recitation, one strives to lengthen the running of the life force, By running for a long time, it will abide. So it is said. Here, the meaning of the effort of the life force is that life is wind, and effort is to lengthen, meaning to abide in the central channel for a long time. This is the teaching of contemplating the bindu of light at the tip of the nose on the face. Thus, the vajra recitation is recited in the three places of origin, dwelling, and cessation. One can add the four words "one's own mantra." The four words "one's own mantra" are not used in conjunction with the preceding text, but can be used in conjunction according to the tradition that has been spoken. In the heart, that is, in the heart of the chakras with the Dharma wheel as the main one, that is, in the center, the difference of the object of focus such as letters, bindus, etc.
