The very nature of all five Buddhas, appearing like a dancer and a skilled painter. Where the great bliss is called the only one, the experience of the only one is danced by many. This means that it is necessary for the mind to appear as the deity's body through bliss, and this bliss is also one that is characterized by the melting of the wind into the central channel through the power of meditation. This does not need to be actually generated based on conceptualization. The appearance as the deity's body is only the appearance as the deity's body in the mind and intellect, and not the actual appearance as the deity's body. Secondly, as stated in this very tantra, one should meditate on the subtle bindu during the yoga of conceptualization. As stated in the third chapter, "If the jewel becomes stable, there is joy," and so on. And as stated in the sixth chapter, "Like the color of a blue उत्पལ་ (Tibetan: ut+pal, Devanagari: utpala, Romanized Sanskrit: utpala, Chinese: 莲花), especially with five tips, diligently like a barley grain, contemplate on the tip of the nose. Like the size of a chickpea, with eight petals and stamens, know this at the tip of the nose, and by meditating, one will be inclined towards enlightenment." As it is said, like the secret tip of the nose, letters, hand gestures, etc., when the meditation becomes stable, there is the lower end of the conventional central channel at that place. Therefore, the single-taste wind enters there, and through the stages of dwelling and dissolving, the burning and dripping of branch channels other than the central channel arise. By gradually familiarizing oneself with this, eventually the lower end of the central channel has a little wind and bindu entering and the experience of bliss and emptiness becomes stable. Repeatedly induce and familiarize oneself with it, and at the very least, one needs to accomplish a slight clarity of appearance of at least one deity. This is the cause of physical solitude. For example, in the sadhana of Hevajra that comes from Tso Kye, etc., when meditating on the inner heat of the four chakras together with the generation stage, one does not need such a subtle bindu as mentioned above. Therefore, that subtle bindu is a symbol for generating uncommon bliss, and there are also various other objects of focus. The bliss in this case is very subtle, but relative to that, it arises in three or four divisions of appearance. Although not all conceptual thoughts of self-nature are stopped, only a very subtle part of the conceptual thoughts of self-nature dissolves. How is physical solitude generated from that cause? It is by familiarizing oneself with both the appearance of the deity and bliss.

Or with Bonpo's ritual implements, or with Tummo, or with action mudras, etc., when practicing bliss, before the effort of conceptual thought arises, while focusing the mind on internal and external objects, when non-conceptual bliss arises, when awakening from this, without being interrupted by other conceptual thoughts, merely cultivate the intention of arising as the deity's body, and finally, for a moment, abide in bliss in a non-conceptual state, the mind will abide, and when arising from that, without needing to generate effortful conceptual thoughts, the deity's body will naturally arise, and at that time, even if truly awakened in non-conceptuality, there will still be a trace of non-conceptuality, the essence of bliss will not disappear, and the deity's body and bliss will arise in union. During the actual practice of the subtle and coarse stages of the generation phase, if there is no actual cause, that is, the effort of conceptual thought, it is impossible to rise from non-conceptuality all at once, and even if one can rise from non-conceptuality, because one has not obtained uncommon bliss, there is no reason to rise from it, and even if one rises, it is only a manifestation of non-conceptuality itself, and the union of bliss and the deity's body will not arise, but because these arise here, in general, should this body isolation be categorized as the generation phase or the completion phase? Please consider it. This is how it surpasses the well-known subtle and coarse generation phases. Although one cannot generate more deities than just one deity in this way, if one can do that, one has realized the stage of body isolation, and if one needs to generate it with the effort of conceptual thought, even if one can practice countless mandalas, it is the actual generation phase, not body isolation. Therefore, even if the yoga of conceptual thought is perfected and one can freely gather and release many mandalas, one still needs to practice for a long time to be able to effortlessly manifest the bliss-emptiness deity's body, and although one can manifest many mandalas during the time of effort, when one needs to manifest effortlessly at this time, there are also cases where one cannot generate even one deity, and if one's faculties are very sharp, one may manifest more here than during the time of effort, and if one's faculties are medium, apart from the difference in the way of generation, the amount manifested may also be the same, so some people think that once one has obtained stability in the yoga of conceptual thought, it is not difficult to learn a hundred kinds of body isolation, and if there is difficulty, it is because one has not done the definite order of the generation and completion phases, but has made the mistake of skipping the stages.
