During the time of sleep, it is sufficient to meditate on goddesses such as স্পর্শবজ্রা (Rek Dorje Ma, Touch Vajra Mother), and there is no need to meditate on human women. However, the lamas do meditate on them. Placing the twenty-nine deities on the body of the consort is because the consort can be assembled. After blessing from the secret space, generating joy with the pride of Ratnasambhava and maintaining that pride is the actual joy. Again, with the pride of Vajradhara, emitting Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हुं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) and filling it with light makes the joy more stable. Offering the union of two with the pride of Amoghasiddhi and maintaining that pride is the actual offering, although it is joy and aggregation, it is generally called offering. At this time, the pride is transferred separately, but there is no need to change the form of the body. The assembly of the consort and the offering, these two are for the purpose of offering to the deities of the body mandala, and for the purpose of enriching the body of the deity with bliss and emptiness. Secondly, the Śrīcakrasaṃvara (Wheel of Great Bliss) mandala, due to the cause of joy, placing all the Buddhas on the body, using the melted bindu of these Buddhas and the deities of the body mandala as the cause, it is necessary to generate the mandala in the space of the abode mother. In the arrangement of the sequence, it is said to meditate on the palace, so it is necessary to meditate on the palace. When generating the deities, generate them through three rituals, invite them into the heart and spread them in the ten directions, perform common and individual actions, gather the emanations together, and merge their respective wisdom beings into them, generating the family lord as self-nature from the beginning. At this time, the family lord father and mother empower with bindu, and return again and abide in their respective positions. The door of generation, the door of spreading, the door of action, the door of gathering, the door of merging, the door of empowerment, the door of abiding, a total of seven doors are mentioned. The first of these, the three rituals are: thirty-two bindus arise from the moon, thirty-two triple seed syllables arise from the letters, and thirty-two implements arise from the implements. Through the rituals of the three causes, the result is generated as the deity. In the arrangement of the sequence, the intention of resolving doubts about the enrichment of the mudra is made.

The essence of this is that, in the Yoga Tantra, it is said that expanding with the four mudras is not as good as accomplishing it with samadhi alone. This supreme mandala king has fulfilled the meaning of expanding with the four mudras, namely: combining with the three seed syllables is the Dharma seal of speech; the thirty-two hand symbols are the vow seal of mind; the thirty-two deities are the great seal of body; and the common and individual actions are the karma seal of activity. Having these thirty-two deities and the four stages of generation, it does not go beyond anything else, which is the meaning of expanding with the mudras. Third, the supreme king of activities is: meditating on a small five-pronged vajra on the sun disc at the tip of the nose on the face. If one obtains the signs of being able to touch and see and becomes stable, one should learn to expand and contract in infinity. If this becomes stable, transform it into the body of a deity and learn to expand and contract in infinity. If one becomes stable in this, one should learn the image of a bindu at the tip of the vajra. If this also becomes stable, expand it into a lotus and learn to meditate on the mandala in the center of the bindu. If this also becomes stable, one should learn to meditate again on the mandala in the center of the bindu where the main deity, the father and mother, are in union. However, in the first stage of simple practice, it is sufficient to meditate only on the symbol at the tip of the nose on the face and the bindu of the wish-fulfilling jewel. The vajra recitation is: focusing on the rosary of mantras, remembering the suchness of body, speech, and mind, mentally reciting the three syllables, or performing the cessation recitation. The external recitation is: in accordance with the general recitation instructions. The number of recitations is: for the purpose of empowerment, etc., the main deity recites 100,000 times, and the retinue recites 10,000 times. The garland mantra for eliminating obstacles is recited 10,000 times. The mantra for invoking wisdom is recited 100,000 times, and it is completed with one-tenth of the fire offering. For accomplishing siddhis, there is no limit to the number, until the deities bless and one obtains the signs of each siddhi. The mantras to be recited are: Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) are said to be the essence of the suchness of all deities. Sanskrit Romanization: vajra dhṛka, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra Holder) and other invoking mantras are said to be the essence of the essence, the near-heart mantra. Combining the invoking mantra with the seed syllable, repeating it three or five times, is its essence.
