Furthermore, when performing torma (Tibetan: གཏོར་མ་) offerings, changing clothes, and engaging in all activities such as singing and dancing, one should also regard oneself and the objects appearing in front as illusory body deities that arise naturally, and keep all of this abiding in the basis of emptiness and luminosity. Abiding in the basis means engaging in activities without moving away from that basis. Moreover, In every instant, expand the deity's form that arises with the bliss of emptiness. In this way, before the deity's appearance has vanished, it has already transformed into the nature of bliss. During practice, although there are many methods for dissolving the deity's appearance into luminosity, one does not dissolve it in order to enter into the play of practice. Similarly, when entering the practice of equanimity towards pleasure and pain, one should abandon discriminating between good and bad food and drink, eat everything clean and unclean, look at the various desirable qualities encompassed by the five senses, and prostrate to all things, or not submit to anything, go to and dwell in all good and bad places such as cemeteries, and all actions such as laughing, crying, singing, and dancing should be performed without separation from acceptance and rejection. Alternatively, one can also appear in the form of all signs and symbols, such as wearing Dharma robes, being naked, or smearing oneself with ashes. These various uncertain behaviors are also accomplished by merging them with emptiness and luminosity, as before. Some Tibetan and Chinese people say that eating everything, etc., butchers, prostitutes, slaves, beggars, etc., if they meditate on everything as emptiness, they will achieve siddhis. They explain the benefits of luminosity in this way, but it seems that they have not really entered into the meaning of the words of that scripture. Third, rejoicing in generating bodhicitta and offering: Bodhicitta is the ultimate truth, fortunate and virtuous disciples receive the oral instructions, join their palms and hold flowers, and receive them again from the guru. Separated from all things, abandoning the five aggregates, the eighteen elements, and the twelve sense bases, as well as the grasper and the grasped, realizing that all phenomena are without self and incomparable, one's own mind is originally unborn, which is the nature of emptiness. Afterwards, in order to be in accordance, one should offer wealth to the guru, such as precious houses, elephants, horses, land and beds, as well as servants, maids, beautiful wives, and very young daughters, etc.

If pleasing and whatever also makes me impoverished, what need is there to mention the rest? Thus, the nature of all clear light is emptiness, and the means and practice of how to accomplish it, having heard in detail from the lama, one must take the ultimate bodhicitta with words. The bodhicitta, to which the name "ultimate" is applied, is the wisdom of clear light and great bliss, in the manner of incorporating vows and blessings. Not only is it obtained from the lama during the previous empowerment, but it is also taken again in the manner of a vow. When a fortunate and excellent disciple, having obtained the oral instructions of clear light, makes a request with palms together and holding flowers, the teacher recites "All things are" etc. three times, and the disciple thinks about its meaning and meditates on it, which is the vow of the mind. Among them, "all things are" means that there is no self or agent of the person, devoid of grossness and permanence of nature and characteristics, not an aggregation of many particles, and also without aggregates, elements, and sources that have the characteristics of senses and objects. Abandoning the distinction between knowable objects and knowing consciousness, all the dharmas of the ground, path, and fruit are without self in the ultimate sense, that is, the non-dual, all-pervasive, equality, or unequaled wisdom of emptiness in its own nature. This is the nature of emptiness, which is the nature of one's own mind, unborn from the beginning, and abides only in its own nature, and is not other than that. This is its meaning. Some Gelugpas believe that this phrase indicates the wisdom of the cause of the activity of wisdom, but it is irrelevant. In the Sutra system of mind generation rituals, in the one created by the teacher Nagarjuna, after each recitation of the words for taking the mind of aspiration and engagement, there are words for taking the ultimate mind of generation. According to that system, although the ultimate mind of generation does not actually arise in the mindstream of a beginner through that ritual, the previous vows of aspiration and engagement are held by the view of emptiness, so from the perspective of the vows, it is also more special than the former. Moreover, in the training of that specialness, there is also the need to repeatedly cultivate the view of emptiness, and because of taking it, from the cause of the vows of reliance being increased, it also becomes more decisive in cultivating the view. Here, the reality of the ultimate bodhicitta is the clear light of meaning, and
