Similarly, all appearances are subsequently, that is, repeatedly dissolved into emptiness in sequence. By the power of abiding in co-emergent (lhan skyes), the winds and bindus of the seventy-two thousand channels gather at the head, that is, the crown chakra, enter the central channel and descend to the jewel place, and the winds flowing downwards to the soles of the feet are stimulated by subsequent attachment (rjes chags) and reverse upwards, dissolving into the central channel. The light of great desire blazes like fire, so that from the secret place to the heart, the light of wind and subsequent attachment causes the bindu to rise upwards from within the central channel. Meditating until reaching the crown chakra and other places in their respective positions, a part of one's own impure aggregates and elements, or whatever is appropriate in its entirety, enters the true limit, that is, the clear light of reality, which is called the meditation of complete holding. Having proceeded in this way, the appearances of sentient beings who move and the inanimate world of objects are expanded by one's own great bliss. First, they are dissolved into the nature of clear light, bliss and emptiness (sukhavati), and then from the outside in, one's own body is also dissolved into clear light in the same way, which is the subsequent dissolution sequence. Moreover, starting from learning the sequence of clear light, until not entering the yoga of the path of seeing of the meaning of clear light, a part of the aggregates and elements dissolves into clear light part by part. And the path of seeing combined with yoga purifies one's own aggregates and elements from the root. In any case where the two meditations alternately dissolve into clear light, although the appearance of grasping and being grasped ceases in one's own appearance at that time, one's own aggregates and elements are not truly purified, and similarly, when awakened from that, appearances also arise coarsely. The way of appearance is: subsequent attachment (rjes chags) in conjunction with the vidyā, relying on the complete holding as mentioned above, causes (oneself) to enter the clear light at the end of the three appearances. Again, from the clear light, together with the reversed three appearances, the appearance of oneself as a deity arises. Again, stimulated by subsequent attachment (rjes chags), the continuity of the previously co-emergent experience of bliss, which has not been separated, becomes more extensive and increases, and at this time, one practices the subsequent dissolution of expanding all appearances.

Om. Furthermore, entering the subsequent stage of the vidyā, one dissolves through the sequence of the three appearances, and abides in the fourth, the clear light, for a long time. Finally, from that clear light, along with the reversal of the three appearances, one's own self also arises as the deity body, and the appearances also arise as the deity body. Thereafter, if one wishes to repeat the practice again, it is as before. If one wishes to enter the post-meditation period after completing the session, by merely relaxing the effort of meditative equipoise, both the bliss and the deity body become slightly less clear and less powerful than before. After that, like waking up from sleep, one focuses on the impure appearances as being clear. By holding onto the appearance itself and the aspects of the afflictions that depend on it, being moistened by bliss and emptiness, a state arises where one is slightly unable to perform the actions of the afflictions. Both the object appearance and the afflictions appear as being like illusions, and that is also pervaded by the experience of the deity body and bliss-emptiness. During the completion stage, one gathers only one's own aggregates and elements into emptiness, so when arising from that, only oneself arises as the mandala. During the subsequent dissolution stage, both oneself and the appearances are blessed into emptiness, so when arising from that, both oneself and all appearances arise as the wheel of the mandala. If one considers the actual round dissolution, since the subsequent dissolution must be practiced based on the stream of bliss of the round gathering, the order is also definite in this one session. However, this is not necessarily the case for the round dissolution that uses the generation stage as the path. Moreover, the fourth clear light in these instances is very much directed towards the actual clear light, so although it is very different from the example wisdom of the illusory body and below, it is still the example clear light because it has not yet reached the actual clear light itself. The end of the stages of clear light, the time for accomplishing the manifest enlightenment that is close to oneself, is at the time of the empowerments by the Buddhas. At that time, the distinctions between the round gathering and the subsequent dissolution are mixed together and practiced as one. At the time of appearance, the forms of the bodies of oneself and all others are made equal, at the time of offering, they are made pure and equal, and at the time of attainment, they are made equal in mind. In the fourth instant, the actual clear light, in which mind and dharmatā are indistinguishably mixed, is manifested. Regarding that, the noble ones in this direction
