I think that the name "Abhisamaya" is merely given because of the connection, and the real Abhisamaya is the inner Abhisamaya. The Kashmiris think that the outer abode is not Abhisamaya, and the inner four emptinesses similar to it are the outer Abhisamaya, and the four emptinesses related to mirages, etc., are the inner Abhisamaya. In the Great Offering of the Ngok tradition, the views of the Holder of Women and the Black Practitioner are that the four metaphors represent the outer Abhisamaya from the perspective of being free from discrimination, and the inner Abhisamaya from the perspective of experiencing bliss. Naropa's view is that the outer Abhisamaya is a metaphor for the nature of reality, a symbol of time and signs, so it is righteous; the inner Abhisamaya is the root of the vajra, the waist, the jewel, and the wisdom of the time of two losses and two abidings, which is the actual meaning. Later scholars, if they establish the actual time as the four emptinesses, then the fault will arise that the actual time is the moment of enlightenment, and the yogi himself is the object, etc., will also cause harm. If the four times are used as metaphors, and the experience similar to them is established as the outer Abhisamaya, then the inner enlightenment is also the same, so it is impossible to distinguish between inner and outer. Therefore, the correct view is that the only meaning of luminosity, from the perspective of relying on the outer four times, is the outer Abhisamaya, and from the perspective of the inner four emptinesses appearing in order, it is the inner Abhisamaya. For example, this person named Lhasbyin, because he is the servant of the king's servant, he is also the lowest of the slaves, but because he can rule his own female slave, he is also the king. It's like that. Because all of these have bad points, one must understand one's own view in this way: the three appearances of mind isolation and the two inner and outer Abhisamayas at this time, these three parts, although the metaphors of moonlight, etc., are used each time, the metaphors are similar, but the meanings they represent are very different. In addition, the three appearances are explained as the white path, etc., which is said in the case of the death of beings, etc., in the basic period, and even below mind isolation, the white path, etc., are not absolutely certain, so what is there to say in this case? Therefore, some people are close to the path of seeing.

When explaining the nature of wisdom, if one thinks that the appearances of mirages, smoke, and so on are orderly, and that the three paths of white, red, and black also appear in the form of gray light and reddish-purple, then if someone asks what the army of a Chakravartin is like, and answers, "First, a donkey walks, in the middle, a bowstring is drawn, and behind, a cat walks," it would become a very laughable matter. If it were a villager walking, it would not be contradictory. Therefore, in the case of small yoga, it is true to say that those near appearances are orderly or disorderly, but here, because it is all forms, such an arrangement is not necessarily allowed. The so-called "dawn manifest enlightenment" must also be placed in the symbolic meaning of dawn, and should not be placed only on the external dawn. Therefore, in the middle of any night, when the sky is clear and the moonlight is shining, and then when the sun shines during the day, and then when the sun turns completely red, and darkness prevails, at those times, although the three lights of white, red, and black are like defiling the nature of the sky, when the dawn appears, the darkness and moonlight disappear, and before the sun rises, the color of the sky is neither white, red, nor black, but only a clear emptiness is seen. These four skies with appearances are metaphors for the four appearances. If one wants to practice the four emptinesses in accordance with those times, then that is not understanding the meaning of the scriptures. Even if the time of dawn can be arranged as the time when everything is empty, there is no reason for the absence of sunlight and intermittent darkness from midnight to dawn externally. Fourth, if one considers the time of clear light, then the three appearances that become its union must also be considered in relation to time. If these three do not consider time, then clear light also does not consider time, because awareness is the same. If all four need to consider time, then the night of the previous day is appearance, then the increase of the day, obtained after the sun has turned completely red, and then finally clear light must be manifested, in which case the attainment and clear light will be interrupted by subsequent activities such as the Tsokhor, which is also not.
