It is to subsequently gather and hold, so that what has not been obtained before can be obtained, and what has already been obtained will not diminish but increase. With the deity of bliss and emptiness, Vajrasattva, symbolizing all appearances and actions, and by increasing them, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished after cultivating the desired meaning, accomplishments, and distinctions of merit in the mind, because all dharmas are realized as illusory like one's own mind. Also, some examples say that there is nothing that cannot be accomplished, just as the actions of body, speech, and mind, no matter what is done, will become a special means to perfect either of the two accumulations. Therefore, there is no action or behavior that cannot be accomplished, because it is increased by Vajrasattva. This is the meaning. The supreme accomplishment of great bliss, Mahamudra union, can also be achieved by the yogi in this life, at the time of death, or in the bardo, or in any state he desires, in accordance with his wishes. In some commentaries, the great bliss handprint is identified as the supreme consort, and it is explained as obtaining a special gathering of yoginis. Although this is generally the case, the meaning of the text does not go beyond the usual explanation. Afflictions are like mirages, actions are like dreams, and the body, including the place of enjoyment, is seen as unreal like a city of gandharvas. Therefore, the three, karma, afflictions, and suffering, are only appearances of interdependent gatherings. The agent and the result, the experience of pleasure and pain, are also just illusions, and nothing is truly established. The yogi experiences this personally, so afflictions and pleasure and pain do not harm the mind. Here, the one with the path does not mean that karma and afflictions themselves are the path of suffering, but refers to the result, this suffering body, which is produced from the path, karma, and afflictions. This is the meaning. Because one does not understand this kind of illusory samadhi, one clings to the illusory appearances of the conventional, thinking it is real. Because it seems real and one clings to it as real, diseases of afflictions such as desire will arise. Some versions say that various desires arise, which is like two different translations mixed together, giving rise to diseases such as desire.

, some places also say "is", which seems easy to understand. In "Going Bad" it says: "Various kinds of diseases arise." This shows that the fault of not obtaining this samadhi is shown as a supplementary meaning. Therefore, for those sentient beings who have arisen with the disease of afflictions, the excellent medicine of the Dharma, which speaks of them as illusory, is used to heal these afflictions, that is, to know the method of counteracting the afflictions of each sentient being. Even if one has practiced the generation stage and completion stage of mantras and has generated various kinds of experiences, if one has not practiced and obtained the oral instructions of self-blessing by pleasing the lama, then one has not relied on the special antidote to the extremes of permanence and annihilation. When the basis of confusion with the characteristics of permanence and annihilation arises, one will cling to permanence and annihilation, thereby losing the previous experiences, and that person will regress to an inferior state. If one obtains self-blessing, one will not cling to permanence and annihilation, so it is said that one has obtained non-regression, which is the name of merit. There are three kinds of regression: regression from the loss of one's own merits, regression from taking rebirth again in samsara due to the power of karma and afflictions, and regression from falling into other vehicles. After obtaining this stage, one abandons these three regressions, so it is non-regression. That is to say, because one knows that emptiness is like an illusion, one is liberated from the extreme of permanence and will not be reborn in samsara; because one has obtained the samadhi of self-nature bliss, one is liberated from the extreme of annihilation; and one is liberated from regressing to an inferior vehicle. All the gods body forms are the antidote to the nirvana of the inferior vehicle without body form and the body of samsara, thus liberating from both extremes. So, if one obtains this stage, it is indeed so, but why is it said here that obtaining or not obtaining oral instructions leads to regression or non-regression? This is because, for the disciples who should be tamed for this purpose, when they obtain the oral instructions, they are immediately considered to have also obtained this stage. Therefore, it is not necessary to compare the capacities and calculations of today's Dharma seekers. Arya Deva also said other benefits of this stage: here there is no need for restrained cleanliness, no need for asceticism and hardship, even without asceticism and vows, one can
