It is like being able to see the smooth surface of a mirror. Therefore, what kind of clear light wind-mind binds children to the bonds of samsara? If that mind is visualized as a self-blessing deity, then through that method, the yogi will attain the state of the Sugata Buddha. This statement clearly explains the basis for visualizing the deity in the completion stage. Moreover, here, all the coarse body and mind are completely cut off and absorbed, and there is nothing else that takes rebirth, and there is nothing else that dies. As long as the clear light wind-mind, which has the nature of mind, the three appearances, and thoughts, remains, it will experience birth and death. Therefore, it should be understood that in the state of samsara, the one who revolves is it. If there is only the dharma of mind, since the mind is unpointable and unobstructed, it cannot go to various places, nor can it encounter the states of pleasure and pain. Since it does not encounter objects, it is impossible to cultivate the path based on hearing, etc., afflictions will not arise, karma will not be accumulated, and rebirth will not be taken. Therefore, everything arises from the mind accompanied by wind. Even if wind and mind exist separately, they cannot function, because even if the wind moves, the mind cannot be shaken. Therefore, it is taught that the inseparable mixture of wind and mind is the root of samsara. If there is no union with the substance of wind, then the mind, which is merely clear awareness, does not actually grasp its own nature, that is, the eighty thoughts, etc., that is, there is no birth. It is because the mind is driven by the wind that it becomes the cause of its own nature, the thoughts, thereby accumulating karma, and from this, all births arise. From the clear light wind-mind arises the wind-mind of the three appearances, and from this arises the eighty natures of thoughts. That is, because the clear light is driven by the wind, the appearances of the three appearances appear, and the wind that rides on it arises. Then, from the three appearances, the appearances of the eighty natures appear, and from the wind of the three appearances arises the wind that becomes the mount of the eighty thoughts.

It arises. Accumulating karma, etc., is as previously explained. Second, regarding clearly recognizing the process of self-blessing as the illusory body, there are three parts: the nature of the process of self-blessing, generating certainty about it through examples, and explaining the means of accomplishing that illusory body. The first is: "That nature, perfectly united with wind, and the three consciousnesses again, transform into the body of a yogi, which is called the illusory body. Therefore, all beings are here described as being like illusions. Abiding in the samadhi of illusion, all are seen as being the same as it. Form, feeling, perception, and formations, the fifth consciousness, likewise the four elements, the eye and so forth, and the objects themselves, the five consciousnesses themselves, differentiated into outer and inner, all are not different from illusion." That is to say, that causal clear light mind, being perfectly united with wind, relies on obtaining the three grounds of appearance, increase, and near attainment, not just the three appearances of a moment. Having accomplished the ultimate great bliss in relation to the example clear light, and having truly accomplished it with the three consciousnesses of self-cause reversal, on top of the wind mind of the base time, due to the blessing of the three appearances of bliss of the path time, that wind mind itself actually appears as the form of a deity, that itself transforms into the body of a yogi, and also performs the function of the body. Although there is a coarse body at this time, that deity body also becomes the main part of the yogi's body, and pride also mainly resides in it. That deity body is the non-duality of appearance and emptiness, and although various forms appear, it is not established as the nature of what is grasped. Just as illusion arises from substances and mantras, the clear light is like a substance, and because it is produced by wind like a mantra, it is called the illusory body. The cause of this deity body is that the bliss of the base time is adorned with the bliss of the path, and it is also the innate body, so it is also self. The ordinary pride of before and the pride of the deity examined by realization, when transferred to that at this time, is the pride that is not afflicted, but abides in the stage of the illusory body.
