This is not contradictory, because if it is a cause-and-effect relationship, it does not necessarily mean that it is a relationship of the supported and the supporter. Although sometimes happiness can produce Buddha images, happiness is not the supported, and Buddha images are not the supporter. Therefore, when the Vajra Master imparts instructions to the disciple, he should also follow the order of cause and effect, first showing the order of self-blessing, and then showing the order of luminosity. Fifth, the actual order is explained in detail. In order to understand the basis of what is being practiced, the basis of the practice of the illusory body is shown, considering self-blessing as the real order of the illusory body, the ultimate extent of the illusory body order, and the merits of obtaining this order, there are four points. The first point is: All beings have no autonomy, and cannot arise autonomously. The cause of this is luminosity, and all luminosity is emptiness. With what mind do children bind, causing them to be bound in samsara? With that same mind, the yogi will go to the realm of the Sugata. Here there is no birth, and there is no death. The nature of mind abides, and samsara should be known as such. Without the combination of wind, the nature of mind cannot be grasped. The nature of mind becomes the cause, thereby producing all actions and births. This means that these beings are all dominated by karma and afflictions. Because of karma and suffering and happiness, they have no autonomy, so all things like birth, old age, sickness, and death arise involuntarily. It is not that they arise in an autonomous way, as if they could be accomplished according to one's own wishes. The cause of the arising of birth and death is the luminous mind combined with wind. Other things that belong to the luminous mind are also the fourth luminosity, which is the wisdom of all emptiness, and it comes from the wind that has become its own mount. Here, the luminosity refers to all four appearances. And "all luminosity is emptiness" means that the root of the other three appearances is also all emptiness. Therefore, the reason for giving luminosity to the fourth appearance and the fourth emptiness is that the general name is given to the specific name because of the main meaning, but in general, the wisdom of the three appearances is only a part of luminosity.

It is not. Otherwise, the basis is luminosity, and luminosity is the emptiness of all phenomena. If emphasized in this way, there would be the fault of repeating the word "luminosity" twice. Furthermore, if it is said that the basis is luminosity, and within luminosity also all phenomena are empty, then it would become a statement that there are many luminosities that are not the emptiness of all phenomena. Thus, it would become almost the same in meaning as the usual explanation. Therefore, for some of the instructions that possess the eighth experience, it is not considered wrong to apply the term "luminosity" even to the three appearances. Therefore, that which is the basis of all of samsara and nirvana is the mind of ultimate luminosity together with the ultimate wind. Among them, the mind of luminosity gathered by actual wisdom is the nature of great bliss, unpolluted by all elaborations and signs. Now, what is the nature of the wind of this luminosity? Although great bliss itself does not appear from the relative appearance, the self-power of great bliss itself, the actual wisdom, constantly appears in all forms, and that is the actual wind and also the vajra body. Merely in terms of nomenclature, the actual wind and mind are established as body and mind, and are also called the rider and the ridden, but in reality, they are the union of one essence. Such luminosity, the emptiness of all phenomena, is also the three appearances of the nature of reality, increase, and attainment, because it is the nature of indivisibility of body, speech, and mind. Although it is merely what is to be attained and realized, from its own side it is always separated from the three actions of agent, object, and action. Although from its own side there is no arising or ceasing, it appears as if there is arising and ceasing in the minds of ordinary beings or yogis. It is because of the reason for its existence that the wind-mind of luminosity, which is gathered by the alaya consciousness and becomes the root, arises as a sudden stain in it. That is to say, the nature of the pure relative consciousness is not changed by the object, and whatever appearance is gathered by the three of body, speech, and mind, or by the three of place, meaning, and body, can appear when it meets with conditions. Therefore, the mere clarity and awareness that possesses all aspects, is in accordance, and is uninterrupted is the same in meaning as the alaya consciousness. All the phenomena of samsara and the phenomena of the path
