Without merit, even if one is proficient in teaching the Dharma for the benefit of others, one will be despised by others. Having heard many tantras and possessing supreme wisdom, being able to distinguish without confusing the meanings of intention and non-intention, definitive and non-definitive, literal and non-literal, that is, the six places or six extremes, and having mindfulness and intelligence, that is, awareness, and a stable mind, that is, having few thoughts due to the continuity of a single mind, and possessing perfect diligence, and having revered and served the Guru, and having received the transmission of suchness, such a person is one who acts for the benefit of others. Such a person is suitable to explain the king of tantras and to impart the oral instructions. Secondly, the dedication of merit: Through the kindness of the noble Vajrapani, I have heard many tantras. By clearly distinguishing the path to enlightenment with adorned words, may whatever merit accumulated by the Shakya Mitra, through the ripening of wisdom and clarity, become a vessel for enlightenment. The term "noble Vajrapani" is used because the noble Nagarjuna is the author of the treatises, and it is used to indicate the root Guru. "Adorned" means complete words. "Ripening" means without effort. Furthermore, it is said: The so-called "Supreme Intent," the order of all purity and complete purity, was composed by the spiritual friend Shakya Mitra, and it is the second order. This indicates the name of the treatise, the Supreme Intent is the supreme means to realize the intent of the complete purity of mind-nature, that is, the mind-silence that purifies all conceptualizations, and the extensive explanation of the order of the meaning-luminosity that completely purifies the three appearances. The second order, the treatise of the Supreme Intent, has been clearly explained. After this, one must be proficient in the method of self-blessing and manifest enlightenment. Regarding this, if one realizes through the extreme silence of mind, one will not clearly realize the order of luminosity, and if one does not realize that, one will not realize one aspect of union. Therefore, one must be proficient in the extreme silence of mind and self-blessing. The third order, explaining the order of self-blessing, is divided into entering the treatise and the meaning of the actual treatise. First is

The prostration verse is: Lord of all Vajra holders, I prostrate to the great Vajra. This means, Vajra holders, such as Vairochana and all Buddhas, The chief or master or pervader, the collective body of all Buddhas, the Sambhogakaya, the great Vajradhara, I prostrate. This is a prostration that accords with the subject matter of the treatise. From the perspective of the non-learning union, the root body is Vajradhara himself, and from the illusory body of the learning union, there is the so-called pure illusory body, and the illusory body of the four stages is called the impure illusory body, etc. They are also inseparable in body, speech, and mind, and can use the nature of Vajradhara as the uncommon path, so it is included in the reasoning of Vajradhara's body. The vow to compose the treatise is: The order of my blessing, I will explain with love. This means, with love, although this order is extremely difficult to understand, but with love for others, I will explain it in an easy-to-understand way. So it is. Secondly, the meaning of the actual text of the treatise, there is the order of what should be done before showing the key points of the illusory body, and the actual explanation of the order of my blessing, and the manner of offering to the guru and sealing the decree afterwards, there are three in total. The first of these is, from "Here, first the generation stage" to "After that, only bless oneself." Here it can be divided into: the vessel of the key points of the illusory body, the characteristics of the disciple; the means by which the disciple pleases the Vajra master; the order of the Vajra master's activities of empowerment; praising and praying for the purpose of explaining my blessing, there are four in total. The first is, here first Following the generation stage to obtain empowerment, knowing the intention of the four tantras, possessing wisdom and completely secluded in body, speech, and mind to be able to remember what is heard, having special faith in the two truths, thereby truly pleasing the Vajra master. This means that the characteristics of the disciple at this time are: possessing vows, being proficient in the tantras, understanding the true meaning, having previously mastered the tantras, knowing the characteristics of the two truths and wanting to obtain the oral instructions immediately without having obtained them before, truly pleasing the guru's heart. There are six characteristics in total.
