Thus acting, this is the future perfect Buddha. Here, "like a wish-fulfilling jewel" does not refer to someone like a precious gem, and "other" does not refer to things like lotuses; this is not the meaning of the words. Therefore, before entering this path, like those who have committed the five heinous crimes or those who are extremely poor and whose merit is so meager that they can barely make a living, if they enter this mantra vehicle and diligently practice as described, then this Vajrayana path is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, without effort and bearing fruit whenever desired. Therefore, "other" means that by the grace of others or the blessings of the supreme guru, one can attain it in this very life. Without the need for asceticism or hardship, one can freely engage in enjoyable practices and indulge in the five desirable qualities as one pleases. By maintaining flawless samaya, one strives in the bindu of mantra, and this is why one is called a "future Buddha," because one can attain Buddhahood in this very life without having to go through many lifetimes. The meaning of these words is that if one can achieve it with meager merit, then there is no need to mention others. The simile of the wish-fulfilling jewel indicates that it is achieved whenever desired or quickly. "Practice" shows that it is achieved without difficulty through joy and so on. The term "future" should be connected to this life, the time of death, or the bardo, and one should not understand "future" as indefinitely distant. In particular, if one thinks that the practices of the sutra system, such as giving away one's head, hands, and feet, which are not explicitly taught in the mantra vehicle, must be added to the mantra path in order to attain Buddhahood, this is not correct. Just as food and clothing arise naturally by praying to a wish-fulfilling jewel, even without prior cultivation or weaving, so too, even without specifically learning generosity and so on, the activities of those are accomplished by luminosity alone. Therefore, the mantra path does not need the addition of other vehicles. Also, the mantra path is like a jewel, the main cause, and the blessings of the guru are the main condition, and it arises from the combination of the two. Sixth, the teaching that luminosity is the essence of all dharmas: not desire, nor freedom from desire.

In the Middle Way, there is also nothing to be found. Neither empty nor not empty. In the Middle Way, there is also nothing to be found. All Buddhas equally united, Are well taught in this very place. That which is devoid of the three wisdoms, Is spoken of through intention. Likewise, in the chapter on the Bodhicitta Of the glorious Guhyasamaja, The nature of manifest enlightenment Is taught through verses such as 'without substance'. Whatever is pure, such as desire, Is also taught in the Supreme Bliss. The Tathagatas also Taught that all is emptiness. In various Sutras and Tantras, That which is closely indicated, All abide in this very state of emptiness, There, nothing else is taught. The eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma, Spoken by the Great Sage, The nature of manifest enlightenment Is taught as the essence within the essence. Whether with matted hair, naked, head exposed, Or with gathered topknots, abandoning and entering, Those with various signs, Those who desire manifest Enlightenment. Those inferior ones, Gradually practice austerities and so forth. Because of their inferior wisdom, They will not attain liberation. Thus it is said. Regarding this, the Ngok lineage explains that the abandonment of eighty natures such as 'not desire' and three appearances such as 'not emptiness' has its merits and does not seem to have much contradiction. Moreover, speaking from a general perspective, understanding 'non-attachment and non-non-attachment, emptiness and non-emptiness' will be even more profound. For the time being, according to what was said earlier, desire is not proliferation, non-attachment is not appearance, and it is not found in the nature of obtaining the Middle Way; the Dharma nature is not stained by the impurities of the three appearances. Similarly, emptiness is not the first appearance, non-emptiness is not proliferation, and the Middle Way is not something to be obtained. Whatever transcends the three appearances also transcends the three of body, speech, and mind. Whatever has the nature of the three of body, speech, and mind is because it is delusion itself. It is not the manifestation of the nature of the completely pure Vajra of body, speech, and mind that abides eternally; therefore, the Dharma nature is the wisdom inseparable from the Vajra of body, speech, and mind. The Yogini Tantra, the union of all Buddhas, the illusory Dakini.
