Then, depending on the eighty natures, the coarse conceptualizations also dissolve. When the twenty are completely dissolved, the eighty coarse thoughts are also completely dissolved. The subtle ones operate together with the four: mind, dharma, space, and consciousness. Therefore, these three groups dissolve together with the three appearances, as it is said. However, this needs to be examined. This is the way of this school, but in other schools such as the Yogini Tantras, the wind dissolves into space. At that time, the way the five elements of space gradually cease is also similar to others. When space dissolves into consciousness, in the stage of consciousness, three sequential appearances arise, and one must enter the clear light. If these two schools seem contradictory, then which of these two should be considered reliable in general? Generally, beings' appearances change according to where their minds are placed. However, in this school, there is a combination that produces the first appearance between the wind dissolving into consciousness, which is the same as the way the space element dissolves in other schools. Other schools say that the space element has already dissolved at that time, while here it is considered that the conceptual movement of the space elements, one must acknowledge that it dissolves at this stage, so it is the same point. In the stage of the three appearances, the four elements of space and consciousness dissolve, as this school says, and in other schools, it is also said that the part of them that generates dualistic appearances must dissolve in the stage of the three appearances, which is the same meaning. Therefore, these two schools are not contradictory. Similarly, in this school, mirages appear when the earth element dissolves, smoke appears when the water element dissolves, a sky-like appearance appears when the fire element dissolves, and a lamp appears when the wind element dissolves. The dissolution of the space element is not done separately, but in the sequence of the dissolution of consciousness, based on the appearance of a cloudless sky, the three colors of white, red, and black are considered to arise. In the *Spyod bsdus*, in the stage of the fourth sequence, the first is like a mirage, seeing a collection with five rays of light. The second is appearance, like the rays of the moon. The third is the increase of appearance, like the rays of the sun. The fourth is the attainment of appearance, like darkness. Then, in the moment of being free from darkness, there is clear light, thus speaking of five sequences.

It is unreasonable to explain the latter four phenomena by combining them with smoke, etc. Therefore, like a mirage, as a symbol, when the coarse parts dissolve, the first four signs, and in each sign the five aggregates and five elements dissolve in order, therefore it appears to have five rays of light. As many other schools such as scriptures and oral instructions say, the fifth sign, the sign of cloudless clear sky, is when the space element dissolves. In the order of dissolution of consciousness, there are three: white, red, and black. In the Kalachakra, at that time there are ten signs. In the time of luminosity, it is said to be all aspects. Generally speaking, the ten signs and the three signs are the same in meaning except for the different ways of explaining them in detail and briefly. Although all aspects have not been explained in detail, it must be admitted in this school that the sign of space, which does not include the three: white, red, and black, although it is not clearly stated in this school, it is not contradictory in meaning, because it is the basis for the appearance of the three lights, so the initial appearance is also actually admitted in this school. It's just that the order is not listed separately. In this way, if one does not gain certainty about the three appearances, as well as the nature wind, and the way of dissolving coarse and subtle, then the understanding of the completion stage of this school will lose its foundation. Moreover, in this aspect, all that are called the oral instructions of the six dharmas rely on this, so it is very common. However, if one cannot understand from the detailed explanation, then merely a rough understanding cannot even represent one aspect, belonging to such a category of meaning, so it has been compiled, explained in detail and clearly. This method is said to be the bardo introduction, even in the mouths of all the villagers. Gaining a definite understanding of the explanation as it is, even among the wise is one in a hundred. Although it is taught in all scriptures, treatises, and oral instructions, who has a pointing-out instruction? Perhaps by the power of the awakening of habitual patterns and blessings, one can also understand a certain aspect. This is also what I said. In the cited explanation of the order, the so-called "the wind moves slowly" means that the breath is stable and does not change the object of smell, that is, one does not feel the smell. The sound of one's own body is the sound of the ear. The remaining natural appearance is the wisdom of Manjushri, which refers to the three appearances dissolving into the wisdom of mind Manjushri, and in the Vajra Garland, the natural aggregate is called the consciousness aggregate.
