It is the teaching. Although this treatise does not directly explain that much, if combined with the ideas of the previous two, luminosity and emptiness reach a balance, so there is no boundary between day and night; bliss and clarity reach a balance, so it is androgynous; not clinging to both pleasure and pain, so it is neither soft nor rough, a middle state; connected to the central channel, so it is the central channel; manifesting enlightenment from the seed syllable and mudra, and method and wisdom reach a balance, so vajra and lotus are combined; like the clear autumn sky covered by the darkness of night. Breaths do not arise through the path of wind, but refer to the wisdom that appears when the wind flowing in the nostrils stops in equanimity. This shows that, relative to this order, the experience of luminosity, emptiness, and bliss reaches the ultimate and complete state. Wind stopping, if from the perspective of the components of wind, is all three appearances of the path; if it is said that most stop in the central channel, then it exists from the silence of speech. Starting from the silence of mind, up to the three appearances above it, all the breaths of one stream flowing in equanimity stop in the central channel. But in this stage of attainment, considering the great degree of stopping, it is explained here. Some of the Gö tradition also think that not arising through the path of wind means the wind abiding, expressing it through the symbol of abiding in attainment, the other two are rising and entering and union. This school needs to combine the seed syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the heart and the outward flow of wind, so it feels that the way of combining is not very suitable. Now, from the continuation of that meaning, explaining how long it takes for self-nature and appearances to arise: The subtle self-nature, one hundred and sixty complete, these themselves, with the wind's riding as the cause, arise in day and night. A moment, an instant, a short while, as well as closing the eyes and clapping the hands. A moment is said to be snapping the fingers, an instant is the time it takes to circle a mustard seed, a short while is the time it takes to breathe in and out, closing the eyes is the time between closing the eyes, clapping the hands is the striking of two hands. A moment and so on are its characteristics. Thus it is said, here calling conceptual thought self-nature, the meaning of self-nature is characteristic, and characteristic is also what is indicated, so it is a characteristic. The way it indicates is also like a room

It is symbolized by the difference in nature, like gold and a crow. Just as a vase possesses the nature of things and the ability to function, it has the nature of being the same entity on the Dharma. Also, like using blue to change crystal, blue symbolizes crystal, having that itself and the unspeakable way of symbolizing, there are three in total. The intermediate one also has two natures, the general and the self, of which the latter is the main one, but as a rough explanation, it is not contradictory to the former. Generally speaking, the so-called "three appearances generate eighty natures," just like a potter making a pottery vase, although he is the maker, after the making is complete, the potter is not in the pottery vase, and the pottery vase does not have the potter. The two, appearance and nature, are not completely different. Just as a mirror produces an image, the three self-appearances produce the appearance of change and conceptualization. Therefore, when the three appearances are reversed, it is not like the haze in the three appearances dissipating, and conceptualizations appear exceptionally after the cessation. But at the time of reversal, conceptualizations are not contaminated by the gross appearance, and after the three appearances clearly show their own aspects, all conceptualizations appear in the form of images. Although the lineage of the previous three appearances exists, only the appearance of conceptualization appears. Because the nature of the three appearances is not seen, it is said that the three appearances cease, just like the arising of conceptualization, which is the reason for establishing this name. In addition, when the power of the wind weakens and the image of conceptualization ceases, the self-image of the three appearances clearly appears. At that time, the conceptualizations are also not clear, and they are integrated into the three appearances in the form of seeds. However, after the conceptualizations cease, it is like the new appearance of the three appearances. From the way the mind appears, it is indicated that the conceptualizations cease and the three appearances are known. Generally speaking, if the lineages of both conceptualization and appearance are not destroyed by antidotes, they will continue to flow. In this way, if the eighty subtle self-nature conceptualizations are divided by the two divisions of day and night, one hundred and sixty will appear. These all rely on the riding of their respective winds, relying on causes, during waking hours in the day and during sleep and dreams at night.
