The mind of enlightenment is the supreme and excellent. I, the holy one, generate it. For the sake of all sentient beings, I will uphold all vows without exception. I will liberate those who have not been liberated. I will free those who have not been freed. I will give breath to those who have not breathed. I will place sentient beings in Nirvana. Recite this three times. Secondly, the actual empowerment is divided into self-entry and student empowerment. Self-entry is divided into entering the mandala and receiving empowerment after entering. With emphasis. I will generate Vajra Wisdom for you; through this wisdom, if one attains the accomplishment of all Tathagatas, what need is there to mention other accomplishments? Do not speak to those who have not seen the great mandala. It will break the vows. Thus, through the way of secretly instructing the wisdom of empowerment, and, pressing the vajra against the heart, recite: Om Vajrasattva, may you now truly enter into your heart. If this method is spoken, then immediately it will be severed and departed. Place the three-syllable nectar on the tongue. This is your water of hell. Breaking the vows will cause burning. Keeping the vows will grant accomplishment. Drink the water of vajra nectar. Om Vajra Udaka Ṭaḥ Ṭaḥ Ṭaḥ Ṭaḥ. Press the vajra against the crown of the head. From now on, you, my son, I am your Vajrapani; whatever I command you to do, you must do. Do not despise me; if you do, you will die without abandoning unhappiness and will fall into hell. Then, join the palms. May all the Tathagatas bless, may Vajrasattva descend upon me. Repeat three times. In an instant, visualize oneself as red Amitabha, with three faces and six arms.
