Burning without end. Within the subtle lines, all ten signs appear completely. There appears something adorned with various appearances, both pure and impure, such as the body, and that also appears in the center of the blazing light of the burning tummo in the dhūtī. The color of the burning tummo fire also appears in various ways, and the lines are mainly black, so it is said, but otherwise there are various colors. There, except for those with karmic connections, how can the body occasionally appear in the center of the bindu with a snap of the fingers? In addition, even if the lines in the first and third stages look like black, they may appear, but know that this is an uncertain sign. When the realization of grasping arises, a special life-body is accomplished, that is, the previous image of the Buddha becomes very stable, so the wind that mixes the empty body and the life-peg into one lump does not depend on the speculation of the mind, from the beginning of the appearance of a symbolic image of the deity, it becomes more and more, the color, shape, and signs are uncertain. For some, the same image always appears. For some, it appears to change immediately. In general, although it appears in all places inside and out, the appearance in the dhūtī is like a butter lamp, and the others are like the light of a butter lamp. This arises from the point of the life-channel central channel merging once, and finally gains stability, thereby accomplishing various activities. For example, the deity of the empty body mixed with life, in the heart, transforms into a mandala of water and the letter ཨུ་ (Tibetan: ཨུ་, Devanagari: ऊ, Romanized Sanskrit: ū, Chinese literal meaning: crow), the father deity holds a white lotus in his left hand, the mother deity holds a white উৎপལ་ (Sanskrit: utpala, Chinese: blue lotus) in her left hand, both give supreme blessings with their right hands, visualizing the earth-protecting deity riding an elephant in the house of the one to be subdued, performing peaceful, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful activities, transforming as desired. When the empty body also becomes such an image, striving for the vase-like heart, the body of peaceful, increasing, and subjugating is immediately accomplished without effort. Similarly, by changing the chakras and seats, the mandalas of the four elements, and the seed syllables, as well as the body color, hand gestures, and mounts of the deities, all other activities can also be accomplished. Similarly, it is said that exhaustion and so on can also be accomplished. For example, from the ལྀ་ (Tibetan: ལྀ་, Devanagari: ली, Romanized Sanskrit: lī, Chinese literal meaning: li) syllable of the navel chakra, the exhaustion of earth arises.

Like constructing a bridge, by diligently practicing vase breathing in the navel chakra, one can walk on rivers or oceans without sinking, and so on. Furthermore, subtle methods for eliminating harm are also explained: In the fire wheel of the throat, visualize a lion born from the syllable ra Through the image of the lion, imagine driving away all elephants. If one practices vase breathing in the throat chakra, one can avoid harm from elephants, and so on. All harmful animals, as well as asuras and spirits, can be subdued. In short, if the interdependent relationships between inner and outer are not confused and are arranged correctly, then all wishes will be fulfilled. At this time, the sound of the indestructible Nāda (梵文:Nāda) will also appear. First, in the wisdom channel (dhūtī), only the sound of emptiness will be heard. Then, this sound will gradually increase, becoming a strong sound like thunder, surrounded by various other subtle sounds. Soon after, various animal sounds, the sounds of various elements, various conversations, and various religious languages will be heard simultaneously, all arising from one sound. For beginners, during the practice of following the life-sustaining breath, if the fire element is too strong, the phenomenon of bindu dripping will occur, the body will become hot, and there will be sweating. One will feel bindu dripping from the uvula, and so on. If some people lose physical strength due to obstructed dripping or excessive sweating, they should use the key to guide and nourish the body's essence without letting it be lost. Some people, although they have the experience of bliss and clarity, the wind element begins to surge, the body becomes cold, and there is a headache, because they cannot digest the bindu. Some people, although they have good visual experiences, the body becomes thin and pale, and the experience of bliss disappears. If similar situations occur as before, it means that the bindu has not been able to increase. This situation should be resolved by increasing pleasure through the generative organs. During the practice, because the light of tummo opens the knots of the channels, there may be some obstacles to the transfer of the absorption of life-force. However, because one can control wind and mind at will, there is no need to rely on ordinary methods of eliminating obstacles, the practitioner himself will understand. When the practice of life-force reaches perfection, most obstacles will be eliminated. When the first half of the practice reaches perfection, even the name of obstacles to practice does not exist. The order of practice and related content have been explained. Next is the stage of recollection.
