Since, it is said in the scriptures that there are methods of dispersion, therefore, here they should be gathered together. Among them, in the chapter on empowerment, starting from the wheel offering of the yoginis, the elaborate arrangements for the wheel offering, as well as the characteristics of the messenger goddesses, the mudras and the answers to the mudras, the symbols and the answers to the symbols, etc., are explained in detail. It is mainly related to conduct with characteristics. Similarly, in the chapter on wisdom, the section on the universal conduct of the yogini, and also in the "Heart Commentary, Explanation of the Top of Vajrapani," it is said. The direct indication of these is that, although it is related to the practice of the completion stage to some extent, it is mainly through the stability of the generation stage, the way of conduct to accomplish the vidyadhara of the desire realm and the form realm. This also depends on the karma mudra, and through the difference of extensive and concise, it is divided into two types: with characteristics and without characteristics. From this, one can accomplish the vidyadhara of the desire realm. If one accomplishes these only through the activity of meditation, as it is said in the scriptures, it will become the vidyadhara of the form realm, which is widely known. However, this refers to the case where the former is a prerequisite. Furthermore, the glorious conduct is the cause of accomplishment, wandering in the cemetery at night, etc., is not just for fun. Therefore, all secret conduct is shown as the extended meaning of the wisdom behavior of the wandering Avadhuti. In the "Later Tantra," it says, "With loving-kindness, in the early morning, for the sake of wine, going to the tavern, this is also the excellence of those who strive for vows. At noon, for the sake of fish, entering the shops of the fishermen, this is also the excellence of compassion. In the evening, for the pleasure of women, going to the places of the maidservants, there is no stain of fault. Since one is free from the three stains of wine, fish, and women, how could Avadhuti be inferior?" And, "With young girls, old women, and maidens, the body is stained, Brahmin women and royal women. Mistresses, common women, women of low birth, or those with missing eyes and hands, missing ears, lips, and noses. All should be regarded as the cause of enlightenment, and offered with wisdom and skillful means, kings, teachers, and compassion. And those who have vows, who have compassion in their hearts, who are free from stains, and who abide in the conduct of enlightenment." Thus, the conduct of enlightenment is wisdom behavior, stains

"Detachment" refers to Avadhūti. Thus, it also shows the manifest conduct of Avadhūti in the world. Moreover, in the glorious essential practice, it is said: By uniting with a young woman, one obtains the glorious Bodhicitta. Whoever protects for the sake of oneself and others, and acts day and night for the sake of oneself and others, I prostrate to their lotus feet. Even if the Buddha attains immeasurable bliss, he will abandon it for the sake of sentient beings, being a hero who thoroughly enters into samsara. I prostrate to their lotus feet with my head. Day and night, through the stages of the power of meditation, whoever causes their own mind to abide in the central channel, possessing an extremely pure body with limitless forms, that is the sole vajra peak of the victorious ones. This is the meditative practice of Samantabhadra's conduct. Here, the meaning of one's own mind abiding in the central channel is that the bindu is stopped in the central channel, therefore this is necessary for transforming into the wisdom body. In general, without binding the bindu, there is no accomplishment of transforming the body. Therefore, the two vidyādharas of the generation stage must also practice by binding the bindu. It is not in the central channel, but it is bound in all the subtle channels and the entire body. Furthermore, in the Condensed Sutra, it says: At the end of the breath being cut off, these three movements and six movements do not exist. If the bindu is blocked, then from all aspects, the supreme, all-pervading, infinite bliss will enter at that time. Having abandoned the bliss of samsara, the yogi should contemplate the face of the supreme guru. Yoginis do not delight in seductive forms and extremely terrifying actions. This speaks of extremely simple conduct, and mainly this is also the conduct of Samantabhadra. Furthermore, the killing that a yogi does day and night is said to be the weakening of life. If a sound is inferior to speech, but is engraved in the heart, that is a false word. If one holds the ground of omniscient wisdom, the yogi also says it is stealing. The bliss that arises from not spilling the bindu is the non-attached person serving another's wife. Melting the moon with the fire of life force is also said to be drinking.
