That is, with the pride of the Buddha yoga, one will definitely attain Buddhahood. The teacher has thirty-two marks, and the sovereign has eighty examples. Thus it is said. In the Condensed Tantra, it says: Abandoning the act of Buddhahood, whoever meditates on other emptinesses apart from bliss and equality, that person will not attain Buddhahood and innate bliss even after hundreds of millions of kalpas. It also says: If one's own mind is deeply immersed in fainting and sleep, the lord of men will become without self-nature. When awake, the mind has self-nature and is clear, but these are not the path to liberation for beings. Distinguishing by existence and non-existence, the Vajra Yogis of the mind do not give bliss and equality. Whoever embraces the wisdom of space, the self-mind that abides in innate bliss, that is liberation. Thus it is said. Meditating on emptiness near the edge will not lead to Buddhahood, because the goal and the path are not complete. Merely being free from elaboration will also not lead to Buddhahood, because if one could attain Buddhahood for the reason of being free from elaboration, then all beings would have already become Buddhas. If one could attain Buddhahood through meditation, then the conceptual thought that grasps such an image and general meaning would become the ultimate path. Because there is no reason whatsoever, the inexpressible or merely being free from elaboration cannot be meditated upon with non-conceptual wisdom, because it never appears on it. Therefore, the Victorious Ones repeatedly said to meditate on emptiness, which means emptiness with appearance, but there is no need to meditate on the formless itself. Again, some say: It is desired to have no meditation, because the root of the mind has been exhausted. If so, then fainting and deep sleep will also become the path to liberation. If one says that one is familiar with emptiness beforehand through hearing and thinking, then fainting and sleep after hearing and thinking will also become like that, because understanding has already occurred beforehand, and the essence is slightly similar to conceptual thought. Also, whatever appears at the present moment, without changing its shape, without changing its color, merely this alone will not lead to liberation. If that were the path to liberation, then the gross illusion of beings when they wake up, and any changes in emotions such as desire and hatred,

Analyzing with wisdom, and appearing as experiencing sensations, therefore, all of these must necessarily be liberated effortlessly from the beginning. Analyzing through the one and many of things, separation, and dependent origination, etc., dividing things into non-existence and analyzing and meditating, this is not the true path of supreme liberation, because it takes various elaborations as its object, and because it is the nature of the gathering of various discriminations, if reality cannot be grasped in any way, then this will grasp various things. In this way, those who want to meditate on mere emptiness, although those different categories may be of some help to clinging to appearances, they will not become the correct path of the perfect Buddha, because there is no meditation on the great bliss of self-nature, and the meditation on all aspects does not appear either. So, what is the uncommon path of the Sugatas? It is the meditation on all aspects, and the meditation on unchanging bliss. Among them, in general, in the Paramita Vehicle, emptiness and appearance as objects of meditation are also praised, as stated in the "Samdhinirmocana Sutra": "Maitreya, what is the object of tranquility, that is, the mind that takes the image as its object." And, "For the image of the realm of meditative absorption, knowing that this is only consciousness." and so on. The venerable Nagarjuna's "Sixty Stanzas on Reasoning" also says: "Those whose minds are free from support, Transcending existence and non-existence, Those profound and objectless ones, Meditate on the nature of signs." Thus, it is explained that one should meditate on signs and appearances. The venerable Asanga's "Compendium of Determinations" also says, what is the meditation on images? That is, the image of the realm of meditative absorption, which is in accordance with the objects of knowledge, the mental activity that is in accordance with the aspect of higher seeing with discrimination, or, the image of the realm of meditative absorption, which is in accordance with the objects of knowledge, the mental activity that is in accordance with the aspect of tranquility without discrimination, whatever meditation it may be, is called the meditation on images. As it is said, the sutras also praise the co-existence of appearance, therefore, the pure path of that school also needs the co-existence of appearance, however, among those, all the excellent qualities are
