那与缘起的a(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,a)结合,就成为āhāra(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,āhāra)。

And in order to realize the Buddha himself and the Dharmakaya, this is the final sign. Thus, from the immaculate light, the initial sign is the path of smoke and so on, and the attainment of the immutable moment of completing the six-limbed union. The intermediate sign is the attainment of the first ground with one hundred and eighteen most immutable moments, and the five clairvoyances, and the true seeing of the unseen meaning, and the attainment of worldly accomplishments. The final sign is the Buddha himself, and the Vajradhara himself, with twenty-one thousand moments of more than six hundred blissful immutable moments attaining the twelfth ground, thereby attaining the accomplishment of the Mahamudra. Thus it is said. Therefore, from the six limbs, effortlessly attaining the small ground of Vajradhara, and again practicing the other noble grounds, finally attaining the unsurpassed and perfect great achiever Vajradhara, the nature of the four bodies and five wisdoms, will also be attained in a short time, therefore, for this path, one must diligently practice with great effort as the essence. Fourth, the meaning of sound relies on words, and for those who are attracted by the measurement of sound, there is a slight necessity to generate faith, therefore, it is explained by mixing with the rough establishment of sound. In general, that which possesses the meaning of abandoning the base and distinctions is a sign. So-called giving the cause to establish the base as a name, when it changes and becomes complete, it is called name and sign. That which has already been established as a name, beyond that is a distinction. So-called, that which is established in words, must be given a distinction, and that is also the first essence, the second action, the third agent, the fourth necessity, the fifth source, the sixth relationship, the seventh place of statement, there are seven in total, and each of those also has three causes of one word, two words, and many words. After making this determination, here, the Sanskrit word for abbreviation is pratāhāraḥ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). From the base of hṛ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,夺取), giving the cause ghaña (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,给予), placing the near-change āṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,近变) in front, the two letters ña (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,ña) and āṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,āṃ) etc. are suffixes so they are removed, gha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,gha) is also a suffix. The power of the cause ña (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,ña) causes the vowel ṛ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,ṛ) of the life of hṛ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,hṛ) to grow, and the growth of the letter ṛ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,ṛ) is the letter ār (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,ār). That combined with the a (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,a) of the cause becomes āhāra (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,āhāra).

entering, and it is cutting off and abandoning, as well as collecting and foods, etc. After placing "Prati" after "Parol", giving the first case "Si", collecting the cases, after erasing, placing "Prati" in front and connecting, thus producing "Pratyahara". At its end, give the first case "Si", distinguishing the meaning of "I" into forms such as "Pi" and "Sa", thus forming a distinguishing word. Therefore, the senses such as the eyes grasping objects such as form are the food of those in samsara, and abandoning these foods is "Pratyahara", which is abandoning each individually. Alternatively, "Ahara" means collecting and eating, similar to collecting taxes and enjoying food. And "Prati" is outward or individual, that is, very enjoying or enjoying in one's own position, that is, the five faculties of wisdom, and the five forms of emptiness, etc., repeatedly entering and individually entering. In addition, from cutting off the connection between ordinary eyes and form, to cutting off the connection between body and touch, each cutting off the connection, therefore it is cutting off individually. The Sanskrit word for meditation is "Dhyanam", in which "Dhi" means thinking. Through "Yut" also given, giving the neuter "Yut", the letter "Ta" is connected to "Nishta", erasing the special meaning of "I", which is "O". "Yu, U, Jha" etc. become "Ana, Aga, Anata" etc. Through "The end of the connecting letter is not 'Vikarna', but 'A'", "Ai" becomes "A". After connecting, the name "Dhyana" is formed. To this, give "Si" and connect "I", removing "Si" and "Am" from the neuter, and do not say this. Through "From the letter 'A', not 'Bodhi', but 'Mu'", give "Mu Agama", connect "U", after the inanimate "Ma" make a nasal sound, thus forming "Dhanam", which means thinking. That is, thinking single-mindedly about the empty form that has become very stable after seeing. As the root tantra says: "At the end of the sign is a line, on which various movements do not move, all meditate on it, yoga meditation etc. also." The wisdom of the five branches of meditation is "Prajna", conceptualization is "Taraka", and analysis is "Vica".

Raḥ! Joy is Ratiḥ! Immovable bliss is called Acala Sukha. Although there are explanations of the methods of combining skillful means and wisdom based on the distinctions of male, female, and neuter genders, it seems difficult to apply them in practice, so I will not discuss them here. The Sanskrit term for "vital exertion" is Prāṇāyāmaḥ. Śvāsa means breath. Ana also means. Thus, "ana" is placed. The prefix "pra" is placed first. "Si" is removed. "Vatsa" and others are "atsa." The suffix "atsa" is given. The vowel "tsa" connects the meaning of "pra" and the root "a." The suffix "e" is inserted into the life of "na." "Ra," "ṣa," and "ṛ" are letters, and since "na" is not the last, it becomes "ṇa," thus "prāṇa" becomes the name for the Sanskrit term for "life." Then, the sixth case, singular, is given. "Nge sya" (certainly). Thus, "prāṇasya" means "of life." "Yamu" means to closely prevent. The prefix "āṅ" is placed first. The suffix "ghañ" is given to the root. "ṅa," "u," and "ña" are removed because they are suffixes. "For ina, atsa, and aṭa, the upadhā of a is long," thus the life of "ya" becomes long. "Gha" is a suffix. "A" is inserted into the life of "ma." "Āyāma" is formed. Combining it with the previous one, it becomes "prāṇāsyāyāma." It is said that the locative cases should be removed, so "sya" is removed. By discerning "si" at the end of "ma," "prāṇāyāmaḥ" is formed. Thus, it translates to "completely preventing life." "Preventing" and "exerting" are differences in translation, so it is either "life prevention" or "life exertion." Since the meaning of "life" is also wind, it means completely preventing the power of the sun and moon's wind in Avadhūti. Some also explain Dīrghīkaraṇaḥ as the meaning of "vital exertion," but Dīrghīkaraṇaḥ in Tibetan means "to make long." If that is translated as "vital exertion," it becomes irrelevant. However, there is a statement that the meaning of Āyāmaḥ is Dīrghīkaraṇaḥ. That is, by adding the prefix "ā" to the root meaning "to go to prevent," the meaning of "preventing" is reversed. Not only does it not prevent, but it also increases, expands, and becomes long. That is to say: The root of speech is powerful, and the prefix transforms into overpowering. That is the sound.
