During that time, the experience of realization transforms into six forms of varying degrees. Because it is similar to the other ten, there are sixty internal distinctions. In general, the object of focus for this sequence of life-force exertion is the three channels' winds. Although all the channels, winds, and bindus are pointed out in this way, which one is mainly emphasized? It is the navel chakra, because the navel is the location of earth, to praise the beginning of the absorption sequence, and because it is the confluence of the six channels. If one becomes extremely accustomed to this life-force exertion, the winds of the six senses can be utilized. Therefore, in addition to the five clairvoyances previously attained during meditation, clairvoyance of the six senses, such as the eyes, will arise, and one will always be satisfied with the bliss of the form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and dharma realm of empty form. Due to the interdependent origination of such occurrences internally, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will prophesy and bless, and qualities such as the ability to control humans and non-humans will arise. Furthermore, in the tantra called "Vajra Garland," it is said: "The two winds of conceptual thought flow from the nostrils. The true sun and moon, hidden, move internally." Here, the coarse wind is the winds of the ten chakras, the subtle wind is the vehicle for the subtle conceptual thoughts that are the active functions of the mind scattering outward, and the extremely subtle wind is the wisdom of clear light, all-encompassing and supreme, which is the part where the wind has turned into essence. Therefore, the latter is to be realized, and the former two are to be abandoned. The coarse wind is bound by vase breathing and action bonds, the intermediate wind is bound by non-conceptual thought, and focusing on the empty form great seal becomes the purifier of both, and within the state of that object of focus, both will temporarily subside. Here, the practice of negating the winds is: expelling, represented by the letter A(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿); filling, represented by the letter Om(藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡); vase breathing, represented by the letter Hum(藏文:ཧཱུཾ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽); and dissolving, represented by the letter Hoh(藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:हो,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:霍). That is, the letter A(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿)purifies the sun, the letter Om(藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡)purifies the moon, the letter Hum(藏文:ཧཱུཾ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)purifies Rahu, and the letter Hoh(藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:हो,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:霍)purifies the fire of the end of the eon.

Even if it is not wrong to combine the meanings of each vase breath with the winds separately. However, since all three of going, staying, and sitting possess these meanings, just like the vase breath, one possesses all four meanings, which is the main point of the meaning. Those who follow Paṇḍita Vānararatna add a "nāda" to each of the four letters and divide them into four vajras internally. They say that the fierce wind is "roma," the calm wind is "rkyangma," the very calm wind is "umā," which is "binding." They show various practices and forced combinations that are in accordance with these. It should be examined whether this is the meaning of the tantra. Like this, the way in which the channels and winds are purified by touching the key points of the channels and winds through prāṇāyāma and so on is: In the Hevajra it is said: "All three realms are completely transformed, everything is, the grasped and the grasper are completely abandoned. Or through all methods, it is always in the nature of things." And in the Ḍākinījālasaṃvara it is also said: "Like this, the central channel pervades everywhere." Just as space is the pervader of all that is stable and moving, when things are completely destroyed and dissolved, the nature of space becomes clearly visible. Since the ultimate central channel pervades all channels, by purifying and training the channels and winds of roma and rkyangma, the channels and winds of wisdom gradually manifest, and finally when all contaminated dharmas cease, the nature as it is manifests. Therefore, through the order of prāṇāyāma, here, all the winds to be abandoned cease, but all the winds of wisdom are not completely manifested either, but are initially obtained or obtained in a small state. Now, briefly explain the limb of holding, in the Herukābhidhāna Tantra it is also said: "Contemplate the mustard seed at the tip of the lotus, the nature of all causes and non-causes, recite the recitation of the mind correctly, completely abandon the external form, its wisdom is enlightenment, others cannot make it enlightened. Always know sentient beings and things, without stain and without impurity, know the Dharma of bliss as it is, the nature of the enjoyment body." Here it says that the tip of the nose is the six chakras, the mustard seed is the lump of life force and downward void combined, the recitation of the mind.
