In order to gradually ascend, for the three places of going, staying, and lying down, incorporating the three syllables (Tibetan: ཡི་གེ་འབྲུ་གསུམ།) into the mind, as the preliminary practice of conventional Vajra recitation, this is not contradictory to the oral instruction practice, and it will become even better. However, the King of Tantras says: "Moon, sun, A, etc., and Ka, etc., the three movements, the dwelling, the body's Vajra, etc., are recited." The intention of what is said is: the nature of the three channels and the wind's going, staying, and lying down, the Dharma nature of ultimate truth, is the three Vajras of body, speech, and mind. Having understood this and practiced it, then, the temporary state of these, the correct conventional aspect, will also become the supreme path to attain the three Vajras. Furthermore, the yogi who has attained stability in emptiness-form should single-mindedly strive in the vase-like practice. By meditating on the vase-like and emptiness-form as one taste, from the slight appearance of the phenomenon of emptiness-form and the winds that perform the three places of rising, entering, and dwelling merging into one, the winds of the ten wheels of the left and right channels begin to truly stop in the central channel. When, in the yogi's mind's self-appearance, whichever is the life-sustaining wind, that itself appears as emptiness-form, and that emptiness-form itself appears as the nature of wind. During equipoise, experiencing form and wind without distinction is called accomplishing the life-form. Through this, one can completely stop the winds of the left and right channels and the winds of the upper and lower life-sustaining in the central channel. However, when not focused on the object of focus, it will still appear as distinct. Furthermore, the nature of wind, the Dharma nature, originally abides in the essence of emptiness-form Mahamudra. However, before the life-form is accomplished, only during the stage of the generation stage, one sees slightly from the aspect of emptiness-form, but does not see the aspect of being the Dharma nature of wind. From the time the life-form is accomplished, one also sees that aspect slightly. However, the yogi himself cannot recognize that emptiness-form is the Dharma nature of wind through the power of intelligence, but rather the experience of ordinary wind appearing as emptiness-form will arise. This emptiness-form is the mantra of the ultimate truth completion stage, therefore wind and mantra are inseparable.

The meaning explained from other aspects such as recitation is also exactly this. At this time, the solar and lunar winds of the right and left channels actually enter the central channel and abide there, but they do not dissolve into the indestructible essence drop. Therefore, even during meditative absorption, the flow of the ten wheels of winds does not disappear, but abides within the central channel. This is how it is referred to. If one thinks that the wisdom central channel and the wisdom essence drop are essentially the same, and that it is impossible to enter the wisdom central channel without entering the essence drop, then although this is how it is considered in the ultimate reality, in the yogi's meditative experience, one experiences mixing with the aspect of the wisdom central channel, but not with the aspect of the essence drop. Therefore, this distinction is not contradictory. That is, it is certain that the life-sustaining wind and other winds are established in the state of the central channel of the ultimate nature of reality and the wind of wisdom, just as clouds dissolve into the sky. It is called stopping in the central channel and dissolving into the essence drop. The channels and winds of ultimate reality are also the very nature of the mind, which is none other than emptiness and form. Furthermore, for example, various thick black and white clouds gradually become thinner, and one can see the various colors of the sky accordingly. Just as thin oily clouds appear, the places, essences, and functions of the life-sustaining wind and other various winds are different. When these dissipate, the lineages of each of them mix into one essence and one function, and become extremely subtle. Therefore, the self-nature of the clear light wind of the nature of reality slightly appears without being obscured. This is the meditative appearance of yogis who have attained the first branch of life-sustaining exertion or are in the stage of the life-sustaining exertion sequence. In the phenomena of the conventional body, at this time, the right and left channels generally still have the function of wind moving. However, during meditative absorption, these are controlled only by the central channel. The main agent of the winds that flow in the two channels always abides in the central channel. Unlike when flowing in the right and left channels, the two do not perform different functions, and the substances also mix into one. The function also performs the function of the central channel. Therefore, in the conventional, the central channel appears as a colored object, and the way the substance wind stops is also not contradictory, because the yogi
