Similarly, for wind, perform killing and expulsion; for fire, exercise自在 subjugation; for water, perform pacifying and increasing; for earth, perform activities of delusion and sluggishness. In terms of downward expulsion, the navel chakra is the body, the secret place is the speech, and the jewel chakra is the mind, proceeding in order. That is, going outward is the process of gathering, and coming inward is the process of generation. The mind is space wisdom, speech is wind and fire, and body is the nature of earth and water. Therefore, it has the same meaning as the five mandalas. The lower part of the navel chakra is the upper navel chakra, the secret chakra is the heart, the vajra waist is the throat, the root of the jewel chakra is the forehead, and the top is also considered the same as the crown. The life wind has the characteristic of the sun, and downward expulsion has the characteristic of the moon. This is established from the perspective of the body, and it is also possible to understand it in reverse from the perspective of thought. These are classifications of wind from a coarse perspective, and this is the material wind. The slightly subtle wind is the wind of consciousness. The tantra Vajra Garland says: "The wind of discriminating bodhi is a very wonderful description. The self-life that has become the essence, there is nothing else in the three realms. The three realms of illusory wind appear like dreams." In this way, the movement of the mind together with the appearance of objects, appearing as the supporting wind, is the grasping part of consciousness. The extremely subtle wind is the great life of dharmata, which is what is said in the Intent Prophecy Sutra: "Thus, from the invisible subtle, it is constantly proclaimed as manifest." It also says: "Wind is bodhicitta." This is the Tathagatagarbha, the form of the ultimate truth wind, which is the nature of being free from elaboration and all sounds. In this way, the great wind of wisdom is all forms, and the conventional winds also follow it. Therefore, from the different instructions of various tantras and accomplished masters, countless different wind yogas have arisen, but the key points are the same. Third, regarding the classification of bindus, in general, bindus can be divided into: bindus of consciousness and conventional truth, and bindus of ultimate wisdom. First, from the perspective of the first, the way in which bindus exist is: below the navel chakra, it is the master of all blood essence, all red components, and all heat.

The main part of the inside is the sun, the fierce mother of action (Tibetan: ལས་ཀྱི་གཏུམ་མོ།), and the so-called conventional bindu (Tibetan: ཀུན་རྫོབ་ཀྱི་ཐིག་ལེ།) resides. On top of the crown chakra, the essence of semen is the supreme inner moon, the indestructible letter haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་ཡིག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: हं字), and the so-called conventional spring (Tibetan: ཀུན་རྫོབ་པའི་དཔྱིད།), which possesses all white elements, has the nature of melting bliss. These two are the basis for the arising of all bindus, and in terms of convention, they are also referred to as having the nature of E-vaṃ (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཝཾ།). From that, in relation to the four elements, on the forehead is the water element bindu, having the nature of the moon, which is the body; in the throat is the fire element bindu, the sun is speech; in the heart is the wind element bindu, Rahu is mind; in the navel is the earth element bindu, the time fire is wisdom, these are called the four bindus. For these, only the term indestructible is applied. The body bindu gives rise to the state of waking, the speech bindu gives rise to the state of dreaming, the mind bindu gives rise to the state of deep sleep, and the wisdom bindu gives rise to the illusion of the fourth state. During the path, it also acts as the cause for the arising of the four joys. When the ultimate Dharmata bindu is realized from those four conventional bindus, it is considered that the four bodies have been attained. For those four, in the manner of pervading, on the crown is the space element bindu, and in the secret place is the wisdom element bindu, thus they are established as six. These latter two have the same meaning as the previous two root bindus. There are also times when they are established as the five chakra bindus that are pervaded, and the secret chakra bindu that pervades. That which pervades also abides in the nature of body, speech, and mind, with the distinction of navel, secret, and jewel, in the essence of the three liberations of bindus. Furthermore, in terms of the classification of elements, there are twelve essences, twenty-four dregs, and the great bindu that pervades, totaling thirty-seven. The twelve essences are the eight petals of the heart chakra, plus the three channels above combined into one, and the three channels below separated individually, adding those four, thus the twelve essences flow from the twelve channels. Among them, the essence of the five aggregates flows from the four directions and the space, the essence of the five elements flows from the four corners and the urinary channel below, and the essence of the two wisdom realms flows from the conch channel and the fecal channel. These latter two are the lama above.
