流淌，前额十四个月相，前后月相末端各有一个空位，以十六的顺序流淌，喉咙二十八星宿，四根脉，以星宿时辰一千六百八十的顺序流淌，心间八曜的顺序，脐轮十二脉瓣以十二时节的顺序，各自中央天空和智慧，前方是风，右方是火，左方是水，后方是土，五五循环，完全圆满，以六十循环流淌。因此，脐轮外围六十四脉的气， 六个与它们的作用相同，四角空脉流淌的气，与它们全部混合，要知道这是中脉气息的份额。密轮中，所有这些部分加在一起流淌，内圈是六界，中圈是十气或十轮，外圈是十六明点移动，或者内外十六吉日和十六喜悦的顺序，气流淌。二是向外流动的状态，气受左右二脉的控制，在左右鼻孔中流淌，右鼻孔柔脉的性质，以地、水、火、风、空的顺序流淌，每次大迁变中也以收摄的顺序出现，时节也与牛等同等的六个时节结合，左鼻孔刚脉的性质，以空、风、火、水、地的区分，每次大迁变中也以生起的顺序流淌，时节也与羊等不等的六个时节。其中每一轮都是小迁变，每次三百六十息。像这样五个五个相加，就是一次大迁变和一个时节，每次一千八百息。十二次就是一天，即二万一千六百息。这是气息 的完整一轮，因此它一次又一次地循环，暂时说到这里。智慧份额的中脉气息与那些气息没有分离，而是在它们之上计算，从一息之上就是那息本身。

flows, fourteen lunar phases on the forehead, with an empty space at the end of the front and back lunar phases, flowing in a sequence of sixteen, twenty-eight constellations in the throat, four pulses, flowing in a sequence of one thousand six hundred and eighty constellation hours, the sequence of eight planets in the heart, twelve navel chakra petals in the sequence of twelve seasons, from the center of each, space and wisdom, wind in front, fire on the right, water on the left, earth behind, five by five cycles, completely perfect, flowing in a sequence of sixty cycles. Therefore, of the winds of the sixty-four pulses around the navel chakra, six have the same function as them, the winds flowing in the four corner empty pulses are mixed with all of them, and it should be known that this is the share of the central channel breath. In the secret chakra, all these parts flow together, the inner circle is the six realms, the middle circle is the ten winds or ten chakras, and the outer circle is the sixteen moving bindus, or the sixteen auspicious days and sixteen joys inside and outside, the winds flow. The second is the way of flowing outward, the winds are controlled by the two channels of ro and kyang, and flow in the left and right nostrils, the nature of the right nostril ro channel, flowing in the order of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, and also appearing in the order of absorption in each major shift, and the seasons are also combined with the six equal seasons such as the ox, the nature of the left nostril kyang channel, with the distinction of space, wind, fire, water, and earth, also flowing in the order of arising in each major shift, and the seasons are also six unequal seasons such as the sheep. Each of these circles is a small shift, each of three hundred and sixty breaths. Adding five by five like this is one major shift and one season, each of one thousand eight hundred breaths. Twelve times is one day, which is twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths. This is the breath a complete cycle, so it cycles again and again, that's all for now. The central channel breath of the wisdom share is not separate from those breaths, but is counted on top of them, from one breath above is that breath itself.
