Like the different forms of channels mentioned in the faith, or rather, all the different forms are not contradictory, because the wisdom channel blesses, the yogi's mind, no matter what form it is placed on, the ordinary channels can also function in that way. The wisdom channel is all forms, and the mundane channels also follow it. However, according to the hierarchy of the tantras, there are differences in the depth of the skillful means, which is also not contradictory. Because this key point is not understood, there arises the wrong view of considering it contradictory, which leads to various kinds of disputes. This point will be explained in detail elsewhere. Second, regarding the establishment of the forms of winds: The basis for the arising of all winds is the ultimate truth, which is the sudden defilement of the great wisdom life wind, the nature of the alaya consciousness, which is not shaken by external objects. From this arises the nature of the letter A, which is the life wind space element; the letter E, which is the equally abiding wind wind element; the letter Ṛ, which is the upward-moving fire element; the letter U, which is the pervasive water element; the letter Ḷ, which is the downward-moving earth element. Or, the letter A is the dragon wind, which is the wisdom element; the tortoise E is the wind element; the copper-colored Ar is the fire element; the deity-given O is the water element; the wealth deity Al is the earth element. Thus, there are ten winds. Also, there are cases where the downward-moving wind and wisdom, the dragon and the earth element are combined, which is due to the connection of wisdom arising from the earth. Where do these winds reside? The life wind resides in the central channel above the navel and in the upper channels of the heart, and its function is to maintain life, cling to self, and generate various discriminations. If this wind is inverted and disordered, it will lead to memory loss, fainting, madness, and even death. The downward-moving wind resides in the central channel below the navel and in the channels starting from the lower part of the heart, and its function is to excrete feces, urine, and semen, and its disorder will lead to cold diseases and lower body diseases. The equally abiding wind resides in the channels in front of the heart, and it operates together with the heat of the stomach, separating the essence and dregs of food in the stomach, the essence nourishing the body, and the dregs

It excretes downwards. If reversed, it will cause stomach diseases. The upward-moving channel is located in the fire-bordering chakra, performing activities such as speech expression, tasting flavors, swallowing food, and inducing vomiting. If reversed, it will cause fever and upper body diseases. The pervasive channel is located in the yellowish channel on the right side, pervading the entire body, mixing with the energy of bodily fluids, and when located in the joints, performing activities of stretching and bending the limbs. If reversed, it will cause limb diseases such as paralysis and bending. The Naga channel is located in the True Departure chakra, generating the consciousness of the eyes, and causing bloating and belching. The Turtle channel is located in the chakra behind the back, performing activities of stretching and bending the limbs. The Sustaining Warmth channel is located in the hanging part of the wind-bordering chakra, performing activities such as anger, distraction, and madness. The Giving channel is located in the Ida channel on the left side, performing activities of yawning and causing wind diseases. The Wealth channel is located in the chakra possessing royal power, located in the fundamental adjustment, which is a very coarse part of the earth element, and even if separated from life, it will not destroy the body's organization, but will exist for a long time. These ten channels are in terms of the place where the winds arise. Generally speaking, all the chakras always have a complete part of the ten winds flowing, and in the navel, the earth element is mainly blessed, in the heart, the water element is blessed, in the throat, the fire element is blessed, in the forehead, the wind element is blessed, in the crown, the space element is blessed, and in the secret place, the six elements or wisdom are mainly blessed. Therefore, the way these places' winds perform activities should be known to be slightly different from what was said above. The life- holding and other five are the root five winds, and the Naga and other five are the branch five winds. For them, the difference in names also includes naming such as extreme flow, generating sensory consciousness such as eye consciousness, and being located in the five viscera and performing their activities, etc., should also be understood as much as possible here, as said in other occasions. There are two ways in which these winds operate, namely, the way they operate internally and the way they operate externally. First, the way they operate internally is that the crown, in terms of the nature of emptiness, although it has an inconspicuous nature, it is through the sequence of four time intervals.
