By straightening the body without bending, those faults will not arise, so most obstacles will not occur. The air circulates in its own place, and the channels remain in their own place, so it is easy to generate samadhi free from faults, and there is a need for the air to easily enter the central channel. The so-called bending of the throat means that the back of the neck rests on the pillow, not that the neck bends forward. Straightening the neck means that the Adam's apple is pressed by the throat. In this way, plus extending the arms outward to widen the field of vision, it is possible to bind the air of the upper body into the central channel. Both hands also have the ro-kyang channel, and the ends are also between the palms and fingers, so when the vajra fist is formed, it is gathered inward from those ends, and through its power, it is possible to bind the air of the hands and upper body. The ring finger is the demon channel, and pressing it with the thumb prevents demons from entering. Both the palms together and the fist on the thigh postures are mentioned in the scriptures and commentaries, but the fist on the thigh posture has a stronger binding force, so only this is taken as the main posture. Keeping the teeth and lips in place and touching the tip of the tongue to the palate binds the air from the throat to below the eyebrows. By gazing upwards, the air of the forehead and crown is naturally bound, needless to say. All limbs and senses have branches of the ro-kyang channel, but the others are secondary. The main one, like a king, exists in the secret genitals, which generates all habits and consciousness. Like a working minister, it resides in the eyes, and most of the external conceptualizations arise from it. It is said that the secret channel knot is like a seed, and the end of the eye is like a flower. By binding the body, it is also possible to naturally bind the genitals that mainly exist in the secret place, making them unable to move. The eyes

Bind. As Saraha said, from the path of viewing, focus single-pointedly without mental proliferation. When starting to make the winds enter the central channel, those bonds of body posture each become a help. From the convergence of the aim and those bonds of posture, the wind will forcefully reverse. Now, just as we have done the body posture, you too do some Dharma, and let those become body postures. Examine carefully and correct errors such as bending. Now, apart from this body posture, let the body be free from all other actions. Previously, the body had various actions of walking, sitting, and lying down, and the mouth spoke various words, so the wind was disturbed. If you continue to focus on this, obstacles of reversed channels and reversed winds will occur. For example, if a container is stained with unclean things or the smell of poison, even if you pour in good essence, it will be wasted. Therefore, the disturbance must be eliminated. Just as we eliminate stale air, you too slowly and long from the nose In this way, exhale the stale air three times. All the teachers and students eliminated the stale air three times. In this way, the disturbed winds will be eliminated and flow in their own place, so no obstacles will occur. Samadhi and will arise, and the happiness of the wind flowing will arise. It is like washing a container and cleaning a room. Now, apart from eliminating stale air at the beginning of each session, don't speak. Also let the wind flow naturally. Now, as has been taught repeatedly before, do not make any wandering thoughts. Do not think anything, do not contemplate anything, do not put anything in your mind, relax. All the teachers and students maintain their body posture and meditate for a while. During this time, explain a little bit about the clarity of visualization and the method of cutting off thoughts. If possible, let them meditate for about an hour. If you don't want to do it that long, arrange the time appropriately. In that case, reciting the Mani mantra for one hour, neither fast nor slow, can probably recite more than two thousand times. Depending on the length of that time, arrange the meditation appropriately. Finally, you still maintain your body posture and meditate without your mind wandering. We will give you blessings, saying this, the teacher visualizes the six syllables in the six places of the students: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Hoh (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:霍), Ham (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:哈), Kshah (藏文:ཀྵཿ,梵文天城体:क्षः,梵文罗马拟音:kṣaḥ,汉语字面意思:啥). And Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Ra Ra.
