A Guide to Vajra Yoga: A Companion that Makes Seeing Meaningful, Blazing with a Hundred Lights. A Guide to Vajra Yoga: A Companion that Makes Seeing Meaningful, Blazing with a Hundred Lights. A Guide to Vajra Yoga: A Companion that Makes Seeing Meaningful, Blazing with a Hundred Lights, is present. Om Svasti. By merely remembering whom, the bonds of samsara are loosened, to the lotus feet of the supreme Guru, I prostrate with reverence and request blessings. Here, in explaining the six-branched Vajra Yoga, is a praise related to the source of the Dharma. First, if there is interest in briefly mentioning the greatness related to the source of the Dharma, here, according to the words of the previous Gurus: It extracts the essence of the meaning of all Sutras and Tantras without exception, is the pinnacle of all vehicles, the source of all worldly and transcendental accomplishments, the supreme and ultimate single path traversed by all Buddhas of the three times, the path or entrance of all Yoga masters, a special near and swift path that leads a person endowed with the six elements and a Vajra body to the state of Buddhahood in one lifetime and one body. In other Tantra Kings, the hidden and secret meaning concealed by Vajra words. The supreme primordial Buddha revealed it clearly without concealing it in the Kalachakra. Considering what is said as the Great Seal profound path, the six-branched union of Vajra Yoga, this Dharma extracts the essence of the meaning of all Sutras and Tantras without exception. It is the ultimate essence of emptiness and compassion of all Sutra and Tantra paths. As it is said in the Tantra: "Whoever speaks of emptiness and compassion as two different things is a fallen one and will not attain equality." Thus, love, great compassion, and emptiness, which is free from all extremes of elaboration, are united, and this always abides as the essence of this Dharma. In all the stages of preparation, main practice, and subsequent practice, it is held by the mind of enlightenment. There are many occasions to establish the view of emptiness in the realm of understanding, but merely that emptiness of understanding alone is not so important. The main point of the meaning transcends analysis and is merely an object of inference.

The non-substantial, free from elaboration, emptiness is the essence of the goal of this Dharma. Furthermore, the unique characteristics of the Secret Mantra Vajrayana, the Unsurpassed Yoga, which are not shared with others, are: the unchanging bliss of great compassion, and the emptiness of form, which possesses all supreme aspects. The union of these two is the essence of emptiness and compassion. This is not only what this Dharma possesses, but the path of union is only this six-branched union. There is no other path, and one can assert this. If we consider the oral instructions that are widely known in India and Tibet, which are recorded in writing and continuously exist, then none of the five stages other than the six unions, the four mudras, Mahamudra and Chöd, the Six Dharmas of Naropa, Lamdre, etc., possess the complete characteristics of the complete path of union. What need is there to mention other foolish, deceptive teachings and the speculations of logicians? Moreover, the way of explaining things by the followers in India and Tibet who wish to uphold that tradition is like that. The intention of the root texts of Nagarjuna's Five Stages, Jñānapada's Drop of Liberation, the Bell Five Stages, and the Black Four Stages is the same as this Dharma. Therefore, those accomplished ones also realized this path. If those texts can be explained in accordance with this Dharma, then the intention will not be reversed. The main point of the meaning is like that. In addition, there are faith, renunciation, the practice of what to adopt and abandon, calm abiding, insight, the four immeasurables, the ten perfections, the four ways of gathering disciples, the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, etc., which are common with the Sutras, as well as the path of maturation and liberation, yoga with and without signs, the wisdom of the four empowerments, the stages of generation and completion, and all kinds of different stages, are included in this profound Vajra Yoga. Therefore, this Dharma is called the intention of all Sutras and Tantras. It is called the pinnacle of all vehicles, as it is said in the Vajra Heart Commentary: "The fourth and fifth of the Buddhas are not the intention of the Able One." This means that there is no fourth vehicle that is not included in the three vehicles of the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Mahayana, but there is a distinction within the three.
