A good place that is pleasing and satisfying to oneself, and a cool land with moderate temperature, because there is no harm to the body from water disasters etc. that cause disease, so it is a good place, and extremely secluded without fear of thieves, wild animals etc., without sound and noise that turn into thorns of meditation, for yogis to abide in samadhi without harm, therefore possessing the merits of ease. Where, for example, the land is ruled by a righteous king, if the king of that place does not like the white virtuous Dharma, then many harms will arise in practice, and even if the king himself likes the white Dharma, if he does not possess the Dharma of the state, then harm from his entourage will arise. If the people of the land are not happy, and life is difficult and thieves etc. increase, in a situation where kings are fighting each other, there is a risk of many fears and harms arising, and even if no actual harm occurs, the mind is not at ease and there is much distraction, and samadhi is not achieved, therefore it is necessary for the land to be peaceful and without strife, and to abide under the rule of a king who is virtuous and whose laws are pure, because this shows the characteristics of the people and times living in that place, and the characteristics of the places themselves such as the above-mentioned wise ones. In general, all those who have not generated virtue are because their own minds are not tamed, and because of associating with bad friends. It is not just because the place is not suitable that virtue has not arisen. Also, for a place where one only stays for a few days or months, there is no need to pay too much attention to the characteristics. There is not much difference even for a long-term residence where one has gained stability. Therefore, for beginners, the characteristics of the place are described in detail, assuming that they will reside in one place for a long time. Here, the so-called "Three Seclusions" do not need to conform to the Three Seclusions of the Guhyasamaja Five Stages. This lineage is known as the oral tradition of the unerring instructions of one's own previous lamas. Clearly recorded in writing by the Omniscient Great Kunsang, an incarnation of the Rigden. The explanation of the term "Three Seclusions" is roughly the same as the Five Stages, because in the Five Stages, it is also explained as the meaning of the body, speech, and mind being secluded from ordinary thoughts. Here also, the body is secluded from actions, the speech is secluded from words, and the mind is secluded from discursive thoughts.

This is explaining the meaning of "knowing." Although there are different ways of recognizing the basis to which the name "Three Seclusions" refers. However, it is very common for a single term to refer to multiple meanings, so these differences do not have any contradiction. In general, during the actual practice of the Completion Stage, it is necessary to touch the vital point of the Vajra Body through non-conceptual meditation. Among these, it is necessary to specifically practice the non-conceptual part. It must be done from the very beginning, because in order to touch the vital point of the body with non-conceptuality, non-conceptuality must first be accomplished. Therefore, by universally applying the Wisdom Vajra, the actual practice of the Completion Stage is included in the practice of Body, Speech, and Mind Vajra. As its preliminary practice, not only is the solitude of mind necessary, but also the solitude of body and speech. Because of the principle that the result follows the cause, the state of the actual result has the pure union of the Three Vajras. Therefore, the state of the preliminary cause also needs the distinction of the Three Vajras. Therefore, the meaning of quoting the Body, Speech, and Mind, etc., from the Root Tantra of Guhyasamaja is that the nature of mind is non-conceptual, not focusing on the elaboration of discursive thoughts, and not abiding in any object of focus. By eliminating all the characteristics that differentiate the meaning of awareness of Samadhi and Equipoise, it becomes equality. For a while, the yogi meditates in that way on his own Body, Speech, and Mind, blocking the clinging to ordinary Body, Speech, and Mind in the Dharmadhatu. Thus, he meditates on the reality of Body, Speech, and Mind, or in other words, he meditates on the path of Body, Speech, and Mind Vajra. That is the so-called meaning. It is also called possessing the Four Independences, which is the terminology and meaning of the Glorious Kalachakra Root Commentary. As it is said in the Tantra: "The near attainment is done by means of the five nectars, etc., and the water treasures, Vajras, etc., and the recitation of mantras, etc. Gathering them separately, etc., and the nectar born from the Vajra Lotus will become near accomplishment. The Three Vajras of joy, etc., and the lotus flavor becoming one, meditation becomes accomplishment. When wisdom is combined, from the subtle yoga that does not regress, it will surely become great accomplishment." Thus it is said. In general, the actual practice of the Completion Stage requires near attainment and attainment.
