Mother-like virtues, and in all actions such as walking, standing, lying down, and sitting, one should immediately achieve them with a desire. For whatever arises, one should protect it without fabrication, thereby grasping the key to self-liberation. Although these are very important, since there is no fixed number of practices, one should do as one feels comfortable. For example, practicing thirty-three times, etc. Second, regarding the classification of paths, grounds, and fruits: Having tamed the mind through preliminary practices, by gathering, the central channel opens slightly, and one gains freedom in abiding the mind. Obstacles of conceptual thoughts will not arise, and one should first accomplish the ten signs of luminosity. Through meditation, the central channel is greatly tamed, and one's own mind, emptiness-form, karmic appearances, and everything else should be known as being of inseparable nature, free from elaboration. The ten signs are stable and even more extraordinary than before. For a person who has gained stability in the generation stage, if this limb is perfected, one will reach the first stage of the heat of the path of joining. If the generation stage is not stable, and one cultivates these and attains perfection, it is only a great accumulation path of mantra. Then, through the limb of life-force exertion, the ten winds dissolve into the central channel, thereby causing the manifestation of conceptual thoughts that grasp the duality of grasper and grasped to cease, and one gains power over the outer and inner elements as appropriate, and one also gains some miraculous powers such as clairvoyance, and the inner heat blazes slightly, thereby causing the experience of bliss and emptiness to clearly arise. Whether the generation stage was stable or not before, small and medium heat and below can be attained through this limb. Realizing the wisdom vajra. Then, on the All-Illuminating (ground) [the twelve grounds are: the ground of All-Illuminating, and the demon The twelve aspects of Suchness, and the nature of the union of the sixteen aspects of Suchness. Qualities, and inexhaustible ocean of wisdom. The nature of activity that pervades like the sky, one will attain uninterrupted blessings. For those who are fortunate and diligent, if they strive on this supreme path without error, they will realize the state of Samantabhadra Vajrasattva Kalachakra in this very life. These will be explained in detail elsewhere. Third, the limb that prevents the yoga from degenerating and increases it is: removing obstacles on the path, increasing merit, and preventing the continuity of the yoga from degenerating and

There are two kinds of protection. The first is to make it known to others, and the second includes: the limb based on the causes of the four seals, the limb of eliminating obstacles, the limb of guarding vows, and the limb of cultivating conduct. The first of these is: advising to keep secrets from those who are not vessels. The four things that need to be sealed are: preliminary instructions, main practice instructions, one's own experience, and how the lama instructs. Or, how to receive the instructions, how to generate experience, how to reveal the nature, and how to eliminate obstacles and increase benefits. Some people explain it this way. Since it ultimately comes down to one meaning, the two are not contradictory. At this time, it is necessary to seal it. The second includes: abandoning the thieves who steal the good path, abandoning the deceptive teachers who abandon the good path, needing to recognize the demons who obstruct the good path, and advising to guard and hide the profound path. The first of these, in the "Radiant Light Sutra," says: "This precious good path, if given to unrestrained other beings, will often reside in one's own temple, and will be plundered by the thieves of the evil land. Doubts, regrets, sleep, and the thieves of laziness and agitation, also often sneak into the midst of close friends, and always plunder the jewels." It also says: "The thieves of various delicious foods and drinks, and many enjoyments, even if diligent, will be plundered due to unrestraint and fainting." Therefore, for those who are attached to their own homeland and family, and the attachment and aversion of enemies and friends, and who are at the mercy of the five obscurations such as sleep, and who are confused by various enjoyments, and who have the chronic disease of craving the five senses, good samadhi will not arise at first, and even if it arises once, it will degenerate, so do not let them be at their mercy. The second is: "Because one is not a complete awakened one, in order to know whether it will become a huge value, show it to other deceptive people, saying it will not change. With his words, one will abandon the treasure. Those who understand the good treasure, let the huge treasure be completely awakened. With the pure words of those people, one will clearly understand one's own treasure."
