If there is suspicion of dust, or pain in the upper body, or a sudden severe headache, visualize a heavy golden vajra descending from the Brahma aperture, exiting from the anus, and forcefully entering the distant underground, piercing the center of a large golden wheel on the great powerful golden ground. Repeatedly meditating on this can eliminate these symptoms. The descending method is similar to the usual method. The above is the key instruction for practicing transference. When applying it in practice, only transfer upwards, not downwards. If necessary, the forceful method of strong wind can also be used. Some of the words of this key instruction are: A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) dissolves into Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) dissolves into Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ). It becomes a flickering bindu, trembling incessantly. Again, press the air at the navel chakra, so that the letters are arranged as before. Then inhale the lower air, Exhale the upper air, accompanied by a "He" sound, or without it is also fine. The letters dissolve downwards in sequence, becoming a flickering bindu. It is said to transfer from the crown of the head to the heart of the lama. This visualization only manifests a clear image. Thus, this is the key instruction for transference, the single method of visualization. Fourth: If, at the time of death, although the clear light is recognized, but due to weak habituation and short meditation time, liberation is not attained, the appearances of the bardo will arise. If the path is practiced there, liberation will be attained. Therefore, from now on, it is necessary to establish a connection through aspiration. If, when the appearances of the bardo arise, they are accompanied by ordinary attachments, one will wander in samsara. So at that time, also, connect by thinking, "I will meditate like this." Meditate on whichever of the six yogas one primarily practices. Repeatedly generate the aspiration to meditate like this in the bardo. Sometimes, think that all of this is the bardo. Continuously maintain the aspiration to not be confused in this situation, abandon thoughts of attachment and aversion, and practice Vajra Yoga. Sometimes, the characteristics of the bardo are that the body has no shadow, one does not recognize relatives, the three light precipices, four or five terrifying sounds, six uncertain expressions, four paths, and so on. If the characteristics of the bardo body and appearances are these, then one should possess each of them now.

There is no doubt. Check whether it is complete or not. By remembering the faults of samsara and knowing that it is unreal like an illusion, abandon attachment and aversion. Meditate on the Vajra Yoga itself. Especially during the intervals between sessions, while walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, during eating, drinking, and other activities, during speech and conversation, and in relationships with enemies and friends, etc., when various appearances of the container and its contents arise, repeatedly hold them with mindfulness. It is crucial to meditate on these. Thus, by meditating during the day when awake, they will mostly appear in dreams as well. Then, there is no doubt that one will be liberated by meditating on the path in the bardo. This is the second contemplation round. The fifth is: Gradually train in the three dark rooms. Mix all pleasant and unpleasant circumstances into the practice. Sustain oneself when strength diminishes, etc. Train in all enjoyments and conduct. As it says. That is, first, if signs and appearances constantly arise in an actual dark room and become stable, then it is called a medium dark room. Cover the head with a cloth and train with the body posture the same as before. At first, the signs and appearances will be slightly less clear than in the dark room. After getting used to it a little, they will appear the same as in the dark room. Then, keep the other body postures the same as usual. Close the eyes and roll the eyeballs upwards, so that the key point of looking inward is not mistaken. By meditating in this way, at first only a few signs and appearances will arise. If it feels like the clarity is no different from before, then continue to meditate on that, and after a few days, very many signs and appearances will arise. Again, if it feels like the empty forms have become less clear than before, then it is not yet time to meditate in a small dark room. For a while, focus strongly on the previous practices and meditate. Meditating again in a small dark room will make it clear as before. Furthermore, there are also some special methods of using a small dark room that covers the eyes. Having become accustomed to the three dark rooms, large, medium, and small, first train in a room with a little light. Then also train in a place with very bright light. Then, during the session, make sure that the key point of looking is not mistaken. During the intervals between sessions, train in looking in uncertain ways, such as looking up, looking down, looking straight ahead, looking to the left, and looking to the right. Likewise, train in uncertain ways of looking, such as opening the eyes, closing the eyes, and looking with half-closed eyes. Gradually, the clear appearance of empty forms will arise in all
