Then he left. Then, by stimulating the syllable Hūṃ (ཧོཿ, Devanāgarī: हः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), from it arises the subtle fire of the wisdom of Tummo, shimmering, hard, sharp, hot, rough, mainly golden in color, blazing with six colors. It pierces and burns the lī (ལྀ་, Devanāgarī: ली, Romanized Sanskrit: lī, Literal Chinese meaning: lī), ū (ཨུ་, Devanāgarī: ऊ, Romanized Sanskrit: ū, Literal Chinese meaning: ū), ṛ (རྀ་, Devanāgarī: ऋ, Romanized Sanskrit: ṛ, Literal Chinese meaning: ṛ), ī (ཨི་, Devanāgarī: ई, Romanized Sanskrit: ī, Literal Chinese meaning: ī), a (ཨ་, Devanāgarī: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: a) etc. located in the five chakras. When it touches haṃ (ཧཾ་, Devanāgarī: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: haṃ), the bodhicitta melts, and a (ཨ་, Devanāgarī: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: a), ī (ཨི་, Devanāgarī: इ, Romanized Sanskrit: i, Literal Chinese meaning: i), raṃ (རཾ་, Devanāgarī: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: raṃ), ū (ཨུ་, Devanāgarī: उ, Romanized Sanskrit: u, Literal Chinese meaning: u), lī (ལྀ་, Devanāgarī: ली, Romanized Sanskrit: lī, Literal Chinese meaning: lī) etc. are also gradually revived. Visualize that their essence mixes with the melting nectar, bathing the syllable Hūṃ (ཧོཿ, Devanāgarī: हः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), and filling the six chakras. This is the forty-fourth visualization cycle. Furthermore, the condensed Tummo practice is: Visualize the six chakras clearly. In the central channel of the crown chakra, visualize a white bindu, like a cow's nipple, about four fingers long. In the navel chakra, visualize Tummo in the shape of a stick, red in color, four fingers long. By holding the vase breath, the flames of Tummo intensely increase, and visualize that the entire inside of the body, including the six chakras, etc., becomes completely red, and warmth and heat arise. Gradually, as the bindu at the crown of the head melts and descends down the central channel, visualize that its light makes the entire inside of the body completely white, and great bliss arises. Finally, the bindu dissolves into Tummo. Leave it in a state of slight non-conceptuality. Other forms of Tummo are: the heart chakra is black, and the navel chakra is yellow, with the blazing and dripping of union; the throat chakra is red, and the crown chakra is white, with the blazing and dripping of union; the topknot chakra is green, and the secret place is blue, also with the blazing and dripping of union. Such Tummo, and other complete stage practices with objects and mental engagement, although essentially belonging to the generation stage, are special causes for the arising of wisdom in the completion stage. Remembering again and again, and remembering very much, means repeatedly meditating on emptiness and the great seal, and striving intensely. The second point is: Through the perfection of holding, regarding the three—channels, winds, and bindus—through the perfection of holding, the practitioner of vase breath can bind the wind in any place in the central channel for as long as desired, thus gaining control over the wind. By gaining this power, one can freely cause the bindus in all the channels to descend, reverse, and spread, which is gaining control over the bindus. One can freely put the winds and bindus into any channel, such as the central channel, which is gaining control over the channels.

I Transform. Thus it is said. Three are the powers of the three progressions, karma and conceptualization are all supreme. As it is said. First, in the state where the senses are dull and the bindu is thin, without relying on the karma mudra, when it is not possible to fully guide the four joys, practice the mindfulness of uniting karma, wisdom, and mahamudra. Then, the senses shift, and in the intermediate state, the senses become moderate. When the bindu becomes slightly thicker, it is not possible to fully guide bliss with mahamudra alone, and when the karma mudra is optional, abandon the karma mudra and practice the mindfulness of uniting the wisdom mudra and mahamudra. Again, the senses increase and become sharp. When the mind of enlightenment becomes very thick, mahamudra alone can fully guide the melting bliss. Regarding thoughts, desires, and the body, the order and the supreme lotus are dry, and one should not indulge in food. Etc. Etc., the mandala of the sixfold assembly of deities will manifest. This meditation practice is for one session, etc. With that, the instruction on mindfulness is complete. Second, to explain the instruction on samadhi, which is the key point of practice and visualization, and to fix the method of meditation in the mind. First, if done according to the actual branches of samadhi, it is almost the same as the mindfulness of mahamudra alone, except that it is said that many different karma mudras are practiced in the supplement. Here, if one practices only with faith as the path, it is similar to the continuation of mindfulness, except that one looks with the hands in the meditation mudra and the gaze lowered to the tip of the nose. During visualization, the upper stable four joys are the same as mindfulness. In the lower stable state, practice vase breathing for a long time in each of the chakras, and rest equally in emptiness and bliss. Just have faith that you have attained the twelve bhumis of samadhi. The forty-sixth visualization guide. It is okay not to do this visualization guide completely, but the previous lamas did it in order not to empty the visualization sections of the six branches. Second, to fix the meaning of meditation in the mind, namely, the meaning of the name of samadhi, the timing of meditation, the branches of the method of meditation, the signs of meditation, the distinction between what is to be purified and what purifies, and the fruit obtained by meditation, there are six aspects.
