And also the hand mudra, and the karma mudra, all three are combined with the empty form Mahamudra. If they are combined, they will become recollection and compliance. If the empty form is not combined, although it is generally important, it does not belong to the category of recollection, but it can be used as a supplement and gain for the previous limbs. Although the karma mudra cannot be actually accomplished now, it is considered a dharma session because it is an important part of the path, that is, the forty-third meditation. Second, the meditation of the limbs is Tummo Yoga, that is, the body posture is the same as before, or the hands form the Vajra fist mudra to cover the top of the head, and the tongue touches the upper palate. It is also possible to have the abdomen exposed as if wanting to expose the joints. If the visualization of the chakras is clear, then expand the visualization according to the state of the Vajra body, that is, the navel chakra has four petals in the inner circle, eight petals in the outer circle, twelve petals in the outer circle, and sixty or sixty-four petals in the outermost circle. Similarly, the heart chakra has four petals in the inner circle and eight petals in the outer circle. The throat chakra has four petals in the inner circle, eight petals in the middle circle, and thirty-two petals in the outer circle. The crown chakra has four petals in the inner circle, eight petals in the middle circle, and sixteen petals in the outer circle. The ushnisha chakra has no distinction between the outer and inner circles, and has four petals. The secret chakra has six petals in the inner circle, ten petals in the middle circle, and sixteen petals in the outer circle. However, if it is difficult to visualize completely clearly, then all five chakras can be visualized with four petals, and the secret place chakra can be visualized with six petals. If according to the simplified statement at that time, then visualize as follows: clearly visualize one's own body as the deity body, dwelling in emptiness, not biased to the left or right, upright and straight. Among the front and back, closer to the back, the central channel from the navel emanation wheel upwards, the color is green, and the upper end is inserted into the Brahma hole at the top of the head. To its right is the red Roma channel, and to its left is the white Jiangma channel, which is twice as thin as the central channel. These three channels are visualized as a trinity, about one finger below the upper end is the ushnisha chakra, the position between the eyebrows, that is, the lower half of the forehead, is the forehead or crown chakra, the position where the left and right shoulders grow corresponds to the throat chakra, and between the two breasts

其间的中脉下端是dungkancanma(དུང་ཅན་མ།),颜色蓝色,左右二脉从脐轮下端到密轮之间,右侧是黑色的roma(རོ་མ།)脉下端,左侧是黄色的kyangma(རྐྱང་མ།)脉下端,三脉交汇。

Directly above the "ཀ" is the heart chakra, and directly above the navel is the navel chakra. At the location of each chakra, the {branches} of the right and left channels: each one is connected to the central channel. Visualize the outer right, left, and central channels as if they were wrapped with a belt of channels. Visualize that channel petals, like hollow branches, grow from that belt. Furthermore, the crown chakra, the fontanel, and the throat chakra all face downwards like the ribs of an umbrella, while the heart chakra and the navel chakra face upwards like an umbrella being held up. The colors of the chakras are, in this case, green for the crown chakra, black for the fontanel, red for the throat chakra, white for the heart chakra, and yellow for the navel chakra. In terms of the human body, measure about eight or ten fingers downwards from the navel, in the direction of the legs, in the center of the body, visualize a blue, upward-facing secret place of bliss and emptiness chakra. The lower end of the central channel in between is dungkancanma (དུང་ཅན་མ།), blue in color, and the two right and left channels are between the lower end of the navel chakra and the secret chakra, with the lower end of the black roma (རོ་མ།) channel on the right and the lower end of the yellow kyangma (རྐྱང་མ།) channel on the left, the three channels converging. Thus, visualize the six chakras, and also visualize the central channel as being as thick or thin as an arrow shaft. From below the center of the secret chakra, the thinner part of the lower end of the central channel or dungkancanma (དུང་ཅན་མ།) is on the right side, and the lower end of the roma (རོ་མ།) channel is on the left side, as if they were two strands joined together, bending slightly forward and inserting into the secret place. The lower end of the kyangma (རྐྱང་མ།) channel occupies the central position from the center of the chakra, bending slightly backwards and inserting into the anus. Inside the central channel, in the center of the secret chakra is the blue ཨཱཿ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), in the navel chakra is the yellow ཧོཿ (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Devanagari: होः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal meaning: Hoh) syllable, with the head of the syllable slightly entering the navel chakra. Above that, about one finger's width but not touching, is the yellow ལྀ་ (Tibetan: ལྀ་, Devanagari: ली, Romanized Sanskrit: lī, Literal meaning: Li) syllable, in the heart is the white ཨུ་ (Tibetan: ཨུ་, Devanagari: उ, Romanized Sanskrit: u, Literal meaning: U) syllable, in the throat is the red ར་ (Tibetan: ར་, Devanagari: र, Romanized Sanskrit: ra, Literal meaning: Ra) syllable, in the fontanel is the black ཨི་ (Tibetan: ཨི་, Devanagari: इ, Romanized Sanskrit: i, Literal meaning: I) syllable, at the lower end of the crown chakra is the green ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) syllable, the center of the crown chakra contains the crown knot, and from above the crown chakra, clearly visualize the white ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hang) syllable with the shape of the syllable upside down. Then, visualize the vase breathing, and from the ཨཱཿ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) syllable in the center of the secret place arises the dungkancanma (དུང་ཅན་མ།) with the nature of wind and heat.
