This empowerment mainly focuses on the integration of glorious Vajrasattva and Akshobhya. Therefore, the empowerment here is the act of bestowing the implements as objects of blessing. After bestowing the implements, the command given is: "Be sure to belong to the Vajra family," and so on. For example, for the Heruka family, the mudra chopper, khatvanga, etc., are bestowed, and it is said, "Heruka, the glorious mudra," giving the key points in this way is similar to giving (empowerment). The so-called pure Dharma is actually wise conduct. Therefore, it is explained here as conduct practiced from other aspects. When engaging in detailed practice, although there is a custom of reciting "The hero without beginning or end" when bestowing the vajra bell and vajra, it is not for the purpose of giving the three vows as in other lineages. Moreover, the giving of the three vows is generally not necessarily an Acharya in other tantra traditions. And now, whether according to this tantra or any tantra tradition, it does not fall into the category of Vajra Acharya empowerment. Therefore, saying that this is a Vajra Acharya of Yoga Tantra or below, or that it is the empowerment of a Vajra Acharya of other Anuttarayoga, that it is the vow of the mudra body, that it is the Father Tantra, that it is union, that it is vase empowerment and repetition or non-repetition, etc., should not be done like the idle chatter of a gathering of madmen. For the time being, if doubts about such things arise, that is also foolish. Not to mention answering "It is said that there are many special characteristics." For example, when a person sees a female yak, in Toma Chol says, "This is an elephant." Others say, "This is a forest elephant, so it needs to be tamed." Others say, "This is a snow mountain elephant, so it does not need to be tamed." It is like saying that this is the vow of conduct. Those people say, "This is the Vajra Acharya empowerment that gives the three vows, so it is necessary to make the bliss of embrace the path." Others say, "It is not necessary, if you do that, it is vase empowerment and repetition." Because this is not at all in the category of Vajra Acharya empowerment, and there is no giving of the three vows at all, it is completely meaningless argument. Giving the vajra bell and explaining the pure Dharma are also not separate rituals. After the teacher gives the vajra bell as a physical action to the disciple,

The activity of speech is precisely the exposition of the pure Dharma. That is, first calling out "Hey," then uttering the secret name, saying, "Vajra, listen to this (name)," and then teaching the pure Dharma through verses. Because there are no other particularly clear words when holding the vajra and bell, the masters of mandalas in both China and Tibet, for the sake of convenience in form, rely on adding these verses, which has led to the source of errors, so that everyone is just exerting themselves in vain. Here, the so-called "pure Dharma" refers to the basis of purity—the essence of the Sugata, on which, the objects to be purified—the three kinds of obscurations, are purified by the means of purification—the three accumulations, so that the result of purity—the three kayas, manifest. This refers to the manner or general sequence. However, in this case, the general name is attributed to a specific name, becoming a special way of purification, which is to explain the pure Dharma through rational conduct. That is, here, the antidote to the obscuration of afflictions is the accumulation of merit, the antidote to hatred is love, the antidote to desire is renunciation, the antidote to stinginess is generosity, and the antidote to attachment to self is giving one's own body, speech, and mind to sentient beings, and so on. It is a collection of various antidotes to each affliction. Binding the accumulation of ethics to unchanging bliss, is the antidote to the obscuration of meditative absorption, as it says, "Holding the peak of the four dhyanas." From the unchanging bliss and the four joys that do not change, arise the uncommon samadhi of this vehicle, the formless and other samadhis. The antidote to the obscuration of knowledge is the accumulation of wisdom, which is generally recognized. Therefore, here, the essence of the accumulation of wisdom is recognized as the inseparable union of unchanging bliss and emptiness. The result of the accumulation of merit is the clear mandala of the body, the Nirmanakaya; the result of the accumulation of ethics is the unchanging bliss, the Sambhogakaya; and the result of the accumulation of wisdom is emptiness, the Dharmakaya with all aspects. Generally, that is the case, but especially rational conduct is a special way of accumulating the three accumulations. Among these, the practice of the explicit generation stage, although it has parts of the other two accumulations, is mainly the way to accumulate the accumulation of merit.
