The mantra for inviting Na (Tibetan: ནཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: nāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Na) and others. In this regard, the wisdom earth deity departs to the sky or space, the actual earth deity descends into the ground, and the samaya being is gathered into one's own heart. Fourth, purifying the earth: It must be done after offering to the earth deity, because if the earth deity does not allow the practitioner to use the land, digging and other actions are not allowed. Furthermore, the master himself or the worker, possessing the pride of the deity, should dig the earth with a hoe blessed by mantra. If it is for the purpose of building a mandala house, then dig extensively; if it is for the purpose of building a platform inside the house, then dig as much as the area of the platform requires. Generally, as is widely known, after examining the earth lord's position, dig first from a point slightly in front of the belly. It is not necessary to dig merely to make a platform on a leveled ground. Moreover, as it is said: Mansions on rocks, cattle pens, temples, etc., by the water's edge, and places that have been previously built, it is correct not to dig. It is said that if you do not dig, then there is no need to examine the position or remove the soil. It is not necessary to bury treasures in leveled and hard ground, but it is necessary to bury treasures in cattle pens, by the water's edge, and on platforms, etc. In any case, when digging the earth, horns, bones, coal, and other impurities or corpses of the earth must be removed, because they cause suffering such as disease. Here, it is called removing thorns. Furthermore, if precious stones, ropes, conch shells, etc., are found in the earth, it is an extremely auspicious sign and should be put back in place. As mentioned above, if the color, smell, and taste of the earth are not desirable, then it is said that black, red, white, yellow, and green soils should be taken from other places and used to fill it. If digging is for the purpose of building a mandala house, then dig until you reach water or stone. If digging is for the purpose of building a platform on the foundation of a house, then dig as appropriate, such as one cubit from the ground. If the smell and taste of the earth are not naturally present, then white soil should be sprinkled with white sandalwood water, red soil should be sprinkled with lotus stamen water or red sandalwood, and yellow soil should be sprinkled with the urine of donkeys, horses, and humans.

Furthermore, black is moistened with the water of rotten meat to give it a unique flavor. The difference in taste is that black is mixed with salt and sour, yellow is mixed with brown sugar, red is mixed with three kinds of spiciness, white is mixed with ice and camphor, and green is not mixed with anything. Fifth, burying treasures: For black, if it is for the purpose of killing, use human bones; for expulsion, use crow feathers; for separation, use donkey bones. For yellow, if it is for delusion, use snake bones; for stiffness, use owl; for piercing with a phurba, use sheep horn. For red, if it is for control, use musk; for attraction, use cinnabar; for movement, use camphor. For white, if it is for pacification, use crystal; for increase, use conch; for eliminating epidemics and burning, use pearls. For green, either nothing is buried, or if something is to be buried, bury five kinds of precious gems. Furthermore, anything related to the six virtuous actions can be buried, but anything related to the six non-virtuous actions cannot be buried. Fierce substances can only be used for fierce actions, and not for others, so-called "all actions" are also "all gentle." If treasures are to be buried on the ground, they should be buried directly in the center of the top, bottom, four directions, and intermediate directions. For the foundation of mandalas, houses, etc., they should be buried in the center of the four directions. If considering height, they should be buried in the lower part. These are all generated from the seed syllable (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), and are blessed by mantra or six-branch mantra before being buried. These digging and burying of treasures, if not completed or in unnecessary places, mix mustard, fragrant water, and wood ash, etc., which is called mantra land purification. This is also a general secret ritual, and since it is not the self-tradition of Kalachakra, there is no harm in not doing it. Sixth, the protection wheel: The master sits on the ground of the mandala, starting from "the nature of space arising from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable)" to "holding the pride of the protection wheel," proceed according to the sadhana. Seventh, the placement of the phurba: From the ten phurbas and offerings to "thus the very nature is completely pure," is the actual placement of the phurba. Afterwards, offering torma is also a common ritual after both the placement of the phurba and the protection wheel. The Tantra says: Banyan tree, etc.
