It is necessary to emphasize. The characteristic of the completion stage is that. If the coarse channels, winds, and bindus are not fundamentally bound, and if the pure dharmata is not mixed with it, it will not occur, so the actual completion stage is necessary. However, it is not certain that it is slightly bound. Therefore, for the generation stage practitioner, the coarse wind dissolves into the coarse central channel, and the coarse bindu is bound there. Many Indian (འཕགས་ཡུལ།) teachers who consider it to be the completion stage explain it as the generation stage in this system, which many who are known as scholars do not understand. In the instruction method of the six branches, beginners must meditate on the six branches in accordance with each other. Therefore, it must be taken from the generation stage and meditated in the form of a mixture of generation and completion stages. Therefore, the path of the seven empowerments is mainly the non-profound generation stage, and it is the generation stage that is known to all. Therefore, in the case of a rough explanation, it is only called the generation stage. The path of the three higher worldly empowerments is definitely the profound generation stage, but it is also popularly known as the completion stage. Although that empowerment is not the actual empowerment of the six branches of the completion stage, it is very close to it. Therefore, the term empowerment of the completion stage is used. Therefore, if you examine it carefully, these empowerments are also necessary for accomplishing the knowledge holders of desire and form. If the fourth empowerment, the word empowerment, which transcends the world, is not conferred, even if these are obtained, it is not permissible to listen to and meditate on the actual instructions of the six-branched yoga. Although it is not forbidden to listen to the introductions in the tantras that very clearly show the six branches, during the stages of practicing the generation stage, etc., and the completion stage, and in order to generate faith in the completion stage, it is necessary to highlight the greatness. Therefore, it is permissible to listen to the rough aspects of its essence, function, and benefits. However, it is not permissible to listen to the Kalachakra Tantra in its entirety. For bliss and secrecy, etc., it is permissible to listen to the beginning and end of the tantra completely through the method of the gathering discourse. For that, it seems that even the seven empowerments for beginners are sufficient. For the rough teachings of Guhyasamaja, etc., if one obtains the higher worldly empowerments of this, I think it is permissible to listen. Because most of the instructions of the completion stage there are profound.

It is because it is the generation stage. Therefore, many disciples of the Kalachakra do not confer the fourth empowerment that transcends the world, but have the right to fully listen to that tantra, and have the right to practice the six-branch yoga, etc. Other holy men who do not mistakenly practice the practice, but seek the faults of secret proclamation for many sentient beings who are mature and liberated, but they unknowingly become infected with the great fault of secret proclamation. If the great mudra of emptiness and form can be used as a guide to the path beyond the world for those who have not received the empowerment beyond the world, then why can't it be used as a guide to the generation stage for those who have not received the empowerment of the generation stage? These are too extreme. In this way, the necessity of conferring the cause empowerment becomes the meaning of the support and foundation of all paths. The empowerments of the path and the fruit must obtain their respective achievements and bhumis. The sixth root, how to confer the empowerment in the order of the ritual, where to confer the empowerment, when to confer the empowerment, and who confers the actual ritual of the empowerment, are explained as such. First, there are two types: related to the city and unrelated. As it is said, the sutra says: The powerful and the northern ground, etc., become peaceful and expansive, etc. The direction of fire and the region of the east are extremely bright, and they must be killed and expelled. The direction of the unreal and the south is also always bright for blessing and summoning, etc. The supreme lord of men, the direction of the wind and the west, must also be stiff and confused. As it is said, in the center of the city, it is for the purpose of accomplishing all the affairs of the two, the outside of the city, the north is for expansion, the northeast is for peace, the east is for separation, the fire is for killing, the south is for summoning, the unreal is for blessing, the west is for stiffness, and the wind is for confusion, etc. Also, if there are tombs in all eight directions outside the city, the outside north and northeast cannot accomplish pacification and increase, so inside the city, outside the palace, the north and northeast are practiced for pacification and increase, as it is said. These are said in relation to the empowerment related to the city. Also, in the "Practice Sprout" it says: In the garden or mountain or the place of the supreme Buddha, etc.
