The seed syllable for the aggregate is Haṃ (ཧཾ་, हं, haṃ, Haṃ). The seed syllable for the great ashes applied to the body is Vaṃ (བཾ་, वं, vaṃ, Vaṃ). These ten seed syllables are the complete purification of the five elements and the five aggregates, or the complete purification of the ten winds, being the nature of the ten perfections. In terms of the division of positions, these are the ten mudras. If considered in terms of similarity, there are earrings, necklaces, belts, bracelets, anklets, the jewel on the crown of the head, and ashes, making seven items. However, by combining the bracelets and anklets into one, there are six mudras. These are the purification of the six perfections: the jewel on the crown of the head is generosity, the earrings are patience, the bracelets are discipline, the necklace is diligence, the belt is meditation, and the great ashes are wisdom. Alternatively, the belt and necklace can be combined into one and associated with diligence. Holding it for the sake of offering is also seen as meditation. The vajra half-moon with pendants on top of the vajra pendants is called the half-moon pendant. Here, the pendants are the pendants hanging from the cloth surface placed under the root binding of the skull garland to the left and right behind the ears. The half-moon is not the half-moon on the left side of the hair, but is connected to the pendants, marked by a half-moon jewel at the top of the staff erected in the center. Its seed syllable is Aṃ (ཨཾ་, अं, aṃ, Aṃ). Holding Seralkha for the sake of offering means that it arises from the letters of the nature of the three vajras, A Aḥ Aṃ (ཨ་ཨཱཿཨཾ་, अ अः अं, a āḥ aṃ, A Aḥ Aṃ). According to the meaning of the mantra, as in Sarva Svara Eka (सर्व स्वर एक, sarva svara eka, All Vowel One), it means that all vowels are one, that is, the root of all vowels is the letter A (ཨ་, अ, a, A). Also, in other Chinese and Tibetan versions, as in Vajra Svara Eka (वज्र स्वर एक, vajra svara eka, Vajra Vowel One), the vajra vowel is only one, that is, the unchanging vowel is only short A (ཨ་, अ, a, A). Tri Svara (त्रि स्वर, tri svara, Three Vowel) means three vowels, that is, the determination of adding and not adding the dot and head ornament, dividing from one into three. This is also a symbol of the unchanging ultimate wisdom appearing as the three vajras, just as the Brahmin thread has three knots, therefore there are three seed syllables. Thus, combining the two earrings into one, combining the necklace and belt into one, combining the four bracelets into one, combining the jewel and ashes into one, and the half-moon pendant.

And the Brahma cords, etc., are called the six mudras, which are the purification of the six perfections. That is, the jewel and ashes are generosity, the earrings are patience, the rings are discipline, the necklace is diligence, the offerings are contemplation, and the silk pendants are wisdom. The other four mudras are: The seed syllable of the tiger skin is kṣa (藏文,梵文天城体:क्ष,梵文罗马拟音:kṣa,汉语字面意思: क्ष), to destroy the unruly, is the seed syllable of the rakshasa, symbolizing the kindling of the fierce fire that stimulates from below the navel. The garland of a hundred heads of demon races has the seed syllable haṃ kṣa (藏文,梵文天城体:हं क्ष,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ kṣa,汉语字面意思:हं क्ष), which is great bliss, and the union of emptiness, symbolizing the destruction of all demons. At other times, it is also said that the mantra of the head garland and the mantra of the dakini garland are the same, and here also appear thirty and seventy. First, the thirty clarifiers of the six classes are placed as the basis of classification, and then the ha group is added to them, and the seventy, divided into thirty-five by two lengths, are the form of internal division. The seventy and thirty together are the head garland of the nature of all one hundred clarifiers. The seed syllable of the five dry skull headdress is: ha (藏文,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:ह) is the nature of great bliss, and the five root vowels are added to it, symbolizing the wisdom of the purification of the five aggregates. Thus, adding the oxhide below to the three, here are four, and the six above, are the ten mudras of the purification of the ten perfections, of which six have been explained. The tiger skin is manifest pride, which is the perfection of skillful means, acting for the benefit of beings through the door of abandoning attachment to things. The head garland is the perfection of the power to destroy the four maras, which is the ten powers of the complete purification of the ten winds, dividing the five elements one by one by the ten divisions of skillful means and wisdom, which is the hundred powers, by which the impure aggregates and elements of the demon race are destroyed, and the hundredfold actions of the ten working winds are applied to each of them. The skull headdress is like the flesh being separated and the bones being hard, the fruit of the aspiration for the purification of faults is unchanging, which is the perfection of aspiration. The oxhide is the perfection of wisdom. These, by the classification of places, make the sixteen mudras become the complete purification of the sixteen emptinesses, namely, two earrings, two bracelets, two anklets, and two necklaces respectively.
