It is also said that one benefits beings by using the vast land. Therefore, if the practitioner has the wish, there is no doubt that it can be accomplished even through extremely effortless actions. Some praise accomplishing such altruistic activities with elaborate means, while saying that effortless actions are weak. These three types of conduct appear to be profound or not profound depending on the individual's inclination and capacity, but from the perspective of their essence, the latter is superior to the former, which contradicts what has been said. Because in the post-meditation state, if the practice of benefiting others is powerful, then it is also proven that the wisdom of equipoise is also excellent. Third, explaining the attainment of the Vidyadhara state of mantra through the bliss of various magical powers. This is called the Vidyadhara who shares the same fortune as the gods of the form realm, which is the worldly accomplishment that reaches the ultimate end of Akanishta. That is, as mentioned earlier, if the Vidyadhara of the desire realm is accomplished, then this Vidyadhara can be accomplished through extremely effortless actions that rely solely on the generation stage. Or, by practicing any of the previously mentioned elaborate or effortless actions, the pure elements transform into the body of a deity, and when the coarse elements have not completely transformed, and one has reached the point of becoming a deity of the desire realm, stopping the previous actions and practicing extremely effortless actions, one will attain the Vidyadhara of the form realm. Moreover, because this is a transformation of the body, it is not only the Body Vidyadhara, but the body is even more superior than the former. The former is very subtle in relation to humans, but in relation to the body of a deity, it is coarse. Therefore, between mantra and body, the body is more powerful, so there are cases where the general name is applied to the specific name, called the Body Vidyadhara. And this (the latter) is mantra, which is the nature of wind, only a light body, so it is a subtle body even among the deities. Because the power of mantra is greater than the body, it is called the Mantra Vidyadhara. To this, transforming the coarse body with a human basis into a deity of the desire realm requires one process, and transforming it into a deity of the form realm requires another process. It is slightly dull-witted to have to go through two processes of body transformation. It is believed that when the first two actions cause the essence to increase to a certain extent, the latter actions cause the dross to be exhausted.

It is not necessary to have the lineage of a divine body; merely transforming the human body into another state can accomplish the attainment of the form realm. This is because, at this time, the faculties are sharp. Regarding this, similar to what was said before, the expansion and contraction of the mandala is also an option for this. However, abandoning karma mudras such as goddesses, dragon goddesses, and human goddesses, there is only the wisdom mudra. Because subtle yoga has been accomplished, all the gross and subtle aspects of the generation stage have been perfected. Unless one prefers less out of their own liking, there is no difference in the difficulty of practice based on the number of deities in the assembly. That wisdom mudra is also different from that of the generation stage practitioner who has just obtained the clear appearance, because here, the deity body manifested by the mantra is directly blessed by the wisdom deity. Therefore, it performs actions that are no different from those of the principal deity who possesses the greatest miraculous powers. Apart from the difference in the body as the support and the quality of the samadhi, the method of practice is the same as in the conduct section mentioned earlier. The difference is that during the lower stabilization, one meditates on the vajra joy, which is the joy of wisdom and the essence of earth and air mixed together at the navel chakra, mainly meditating on the fact that the entire body, including the channels, is filled and stable. In this way, one becomes equal to the gods of the first dhyana. On top of that, adding supreme joy (mahāsukha) water and air at the heart chakra is the second dhyana. On top of that, adding special joy (vīrasukha) fire and air at the throat chakra is the third dhyana. On top of that, if one gains control over all the channels, airs, and bindus by mixing the innate air with air at the forehead, one becomes a knowledge holder equal to the fourth dhyana. For these, too, due to their own inner inclination and merit, the three situations such as going to other higher or lower places are the same as mentioned before. Regarding this, the knowledge holder who has already accomplished the desire realm deity, the coarse divine body encompassed by the desire realm, is different from the human body nourished by bliss and so on. It only becomes clearer and clearer with little effort, thereby transforming into the divine substance of the form realm. For just one stage of transformation, through the use of half-conduct, the extremely vast essence arising from the human body will transform into the divine substance of the desire realm. The coarse part, when existing as human body substance, is very simple.
