Summarizing the meaning of the tantras, explaining the difficult commentaries, and elucidating all meanings in the extensive commentaries, these should be done by the noble ones, not by the wise with pride. This should be added. Do not add that ordinary people should not do the six limits such as the brief teachings, because it is impossible to commit such errors. Here, is it sufficient to have only five kinds of clairvoyance? Is it necessary to have six? Because in the Three Cycles of Mind Commentary, it is mostly said to have five kinds of clairvoyance. Those with five or more kinds of clairvoyance can do the tantra commentary, and from the perspective of attaining unchanging wisdom, the eighth bhumi is said to be one with five kinds of clairvoyance. From this, it is inferred that the twelfth bhumi has six kinds of clairvoyance. These twelve bhumis are also the twelve bhumis of samadhi, and in this way, those who possess five kinds of clairvoyance arising from the nature of unchanging great bliss wisdom can independently explain the meaning of the tantras. Therefore, those who are internally elevated, are the most excellent. Such as the Three Cycles of Mind Commentary, which are the ultimate explanations of the tantras' intent. The eighth bhumi is the throat chakra purified by unchanging bliss, therefore, it is intended to unerringly distinguish the meaning of the vajra words. Therefore, the three types of tantra commentaries, when done by those who have attained five kinds of clairvoyance, will only produce unerring results, and therefore should be done for the benefit of oneself and others. Other ordinary people, even if they are intelligent, if they do it by their own power, they will harm both themselves and others due to the fault of wrongly interpreting the meaning of the tantras, therefore do not do it. Some people also say that one should not make commentaries equal to the tantras, etc., which is nonsense, because it is impossible for ordinary people to do such things, and the Mind Commentaries, etc., are not equal to the tantras. Again, one might think, then, is the eighth bhumi of samadhi not the state of ordinary people? This is because it is very close to the state of the noble ones, and in general, those on the Mahayana path of joining, although they abide in the state of ordinary people on the Mahayana path itself, because they possess qualities far exceeding those of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, it is like being included in the side of the noble ones in general. Among them, the five kinds of clairvoyance are: the divine eye.

And, divine ear, knowing others' minds, remembering past lives, and miraculous psychic powers. Among the six limits, there are six explanations: direct meaning, definitive meaning, requiring interpretation, not requiring interpretation, literal, and non-literal. Generally, it is necessary to explain the meaning of the tantra using these six limits. But the six limits mentioned here come from "ṣaṭkoṭi" (Sanskrit Devanagari: षटकट, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ṣaṭkoṭi, literal Chinese meaning: six crore), which refers to six places, namely the places of the meaning to be expressed in the treatise, which are the foundational meanings that hold the meaning of what is said. If one relies on these to depend on the six limits of what is said, one will be able to understand the meaning of the tantra without distortion. Therefore, this is the first door that shows the method of understanding the meaning of the eleven empowerments. The second is, "The four Vajra Yogas, the four perfect Bodhisattvas, the six families of aggregates, elements, and sources." This means that the great Vajradhara is the mudra of the meaning of the Tathagata's pure path, just as impermanence, suffering, and selflessness are the mudras taught by the Tathagata. Among them, the four Vajra Yogas are: the Yoga of the Body Vajra Form, the Yoga of the Speech Vajra Mantra, the Yoga of the Mind Vajra Dharma, and the Yoga of the Wisdom Vajra Purity. These are also combined with the four doors of liberation from the perspective of emptiness, and with the four immeasurables from the perspective of great compassion. The yoga of form is unconditioned, the yoga of mantra is without aspiration, the yoga of dharma is without characteristics, and the yoga of purity is the door of liberation, emptiness. Similarly, form is equanimity, mantra is joy, dharma is loving-kindness, and the yoga of purity is immeasurable compassion. Thus, the four Vajra Yogas, which encompass all that is included in the path and the result, are the nature of emptiness and great compassion, and the nature of non-duality of bliss and emptiness. Among them, form is the nature of the empty form Mahamudra, which is the limb of intense thought at the time of the path, and the manifestation body at the time of the result. The yoga of mantra is to stop the speech wind in the indestructible sound, which is the limb of life force at the time of the path.
