Translation completed. Similarly, one must repeatedly contemplate. A person without desire is stainless. Just as a stone intensely blazes upon contact with a great jewel, similarly, the mind transforms into bliss itself upon contact with immutable bliss. What is the use of saying much here? According to conventional truth, the power of the medicine that intensely pierces iron is immeasurable. What can, again, according to ultimate truth, pierce the mind covered by sudden defilements? The power of wisdom is immeasurable. Thus it is said. Just as the currents of various rivers, upon entering the ocean, their taste becomes the same and identical to the taste of the ocean water, similarly, these aggregates of conditioned and unconditioned phenomena, composed of thirty-six aggregates and elements, upon dissolving into the immutable bindu, become equal to one immutable bliss. Just as when mercury is produced, the various different medicinal ingredients are devoured by the mercury, and all become taste, that is, they become mercury itself. Even though it has become mercury, the mercury simultaneously holds the individual functions of all the different ingredients. Also, like planting seeds such as rice in the field, after they absorb the nutrients of the soil and the elements of water and fertilizer, they can again grow the fruits and crops of the seeds themselves. However, in these three stages of seed, sprout, and fruit, there does not arise the arrogant discriminating thought of "this and this are what I have produced." Arrogance means the name of clinging. Similarly, phenomena are also devoured by the supreme immutable bliss, and become the supreme immutable bliss itself. However, because it is the nature of all-pervading empty form, the ultimate image that is the same as all knowable phenomena appears. Even so, arrogance has already been abandoned. In this regard, at the time of samadhi, the bindu that completely cuts off change from the root, and the way in which the habitual patterns of the place of transformation in the holy land are cut off, these two coincide. The first of these is that the rivers become the ocean, and the two metaphors of the various ingredients becoming mercury, show the way to achieve the immutable bindu. This has already been

Although it has already been explained, to state it more clearly, the essence of the thirty-six aggregates and realms, the substantial dharmas of one's own continuum, is the bindu, the mind of bodhichitta. If one divides the very nature of the subtle bindu bodhichitta according to its own nature, there are three: coarse, subtle, and extremely subtle; or three: gross, pure, and extremely pure. Alternatively, there are three: coarse, intermediate, and subtle; or it is also said that there are three: thin, thick, and extremely thick. From these, when the fierce fire blazes, the ordinary elements of the aggregates and realms are burned smaller and smaller, and the bindu melts and expands more and more. The three levels of bindu also expand more and more in the later ones, and the earlier ones are burned more and more, until finally, the purest bindu of the elemental nature, melts through subsequent formation and reaches the jewel position, it is bound by the great mudra of emptiness and form. From the part of that bindu that is a whole, the substantial dharma vanishes and becomes emptiness and form. When it becomes one taste with the emptiness and form that binds, it is both bindu and emptiness and form, so it is called the bindu of emptiness, or the great bindu, or the great purity. Since that is only the self-appearance of the nature of mind, it lacks the nature of melting, moving, and dripping, and since it is the nature of dharma, it is called the immutable bindu. Although it is one essence with that, from the aspect of realizing the immutable bindu, it is called immutable bliss, which is wisdom, and the way of realization is also the way of self-awareness. In such a way, immutable bliss arises for a single instant, and when twenty-one thousand six hundred such instants are completed, all three, white, red, and wind, become solely the bindu of emptiness and form. When the other coarse aggregates and realms melt like newly melted butter, the impurities dry up, and like transforming into the essence of refined butter. Before each instant, the fierce fire must blaze once, because the impurities are burned away and the essence becomes bindu, so there is nothing left behind. The thirty-six aggregates and realms contained in one's own continuum are transformed in that way, and by that power, all outer appearances are also transformed into pure goodness, that is certain. Although the bliss of transformation is not real, it still possesses the imprints of transformation, therefore, the conventional appearance does not disappear at that time. Later, there are imprints on the twelve bhumis of the aryas.
