If merged, it bestows immortality. The downward-clearing wind does not enter the conch-shell vein, therefore the semen is not bound, and the downward-clearing wind that flows through the urinary and fecal veins cannot be stopped, and the elements of body, speech, and mind, and the breath, are lost outward, and that is death. Therefore, the downward-clearing wind of the urinary and fecal veins should be blocked in the conch-shell vein, and the downward-clearing wind of the conch-shell vein itself should also be blocked upwards. Therefore, the meaning of saying that if the downward-clearing wind below does not enter the conch-shell vein, there will be death, is this. Furthermore, if signs of death appear, the way to avert death is: if one obtains any of the four joys, one should diligently meditate on it. The death of yogis will be averted by the four joys. Thus, those who have accomplished retention, and those who have not accomplished it but have accomplished life-force exertion, by meditating on retention, some accomplish retention and thereby avert death, and some, even if they have not accomplished retention, can still avert death. Even those who have not accomplished life-force exertion but are somewhat familiar with wind yoga, if they meditate on these, will surely avert death to some extent. The third is the practice of the Mind Vajra, in which the wisdom of bliss is generally taught, and the limb of recollection is particularly explained. The first part is to extensively explain the classification of joys, to explain the nature of Vajra play, and to identify the cause of increasing bliss. The first part includes the classification of the four joys and the classification of the sixteen joys. The first part is: From the crest on the lotus of the head, the flowing of semen is joy, from the throat to the heart is supreme joy, from supreme joy it transforms into joy of separation, from the navel chakra to the secret lotus is manifold joy, from the secret place to between the vajra and jewel, is coemergent joy, which does not change. The excellent place is not nirvana, great desire does not change, it is the all-pervading lord. From freedom from desire comes unchanging bliss, that is the excellent place of nirvana. Here, mainly focusing on the four momentary joys, whether it is due to attachment after igniting inner heat in one's own body, or due to melting from the attachment of the wisdom mother, in any case, the semen that melts and flows from the crest, reaching the lotus of the head, that is, the chakra between the eyebrows, is the moment of joy, and there is its movement from between the eyebrows to the throat, and the bindu of the throat melts and reaches the heart, that is the moment of supreme joy, to between the navel.

This is also a supplementary explanation. "Joy of Separation" here refers to Virama (Tibetan: བི་རཱ་མ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: विरम, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: virama, literal Chinese meaning: separation), which means joy of separation or special joy. The pronunciation of Virama (Tibetan: བི་རཱ་མ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: विरम, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: virama, literal Chinese meaning: separation) is emphasized in Chinese as "Vividharama." Vividha (Tibetan: བི་བི་དྷ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: विविध, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vividha, literal Chinese meaning: various) means diverse. Therefore, although it is not possible to clearly express the various meanings of Joy of Separation in Tibetan, it is very easy to understand if Virama (Tibetan: བི་རཱ་མ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: विरम, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: virama, literal Chinese meaning: separation) is explained as "Vividhara." Therefore, the joy of Joy of Separation arises after Supreme Joy. Accompanied by various special changes of joy, this joy arises from the melting of the navel chakra bindu and emerges from the secret lotus, that is, the secret nadi-chakra. The bodhichitta that arises from the secret place to the vajra-jewel chakra is Coemergent Joy. After that, whatever does not move outward is True Joy. If it moves outward, then it has mistakenly entered the Coemergent, and it will not become Coemergent Wisdom. If we speak of joy with the characteristics of four moments, it will repeatedly appear and disappear. However, the four joys obtained through the stability of the bindu, although obtained through different methods of practice, the joy obtained does not change but remains constant. Furthermore, if one is accustomed to repeatedly preventing the four changes of momentary joy for a long time, one will obtain the first Joy Ground. If one abides in this and continues to be accustomed for a long time as before, at another time one will obtain the Supreme Joy Ground. Similarly, it also applies to the other Joy Grounds. These four Joy Grounds are obtained in the latter half of the grasping limb and are perfected in the mindfulness limb, while the lower stable ground is perfected in the samadhi limb. The four joys with momentary characteristics are: obvious attachment to external objects, and the bliss of the melting of the crown chakra bindu, therefore, changes appearing on the face is Joy. Due to the cause of internal tactile sensations, the coarse attachments to external objects all merge inward, the throat chakra bindu vibrates, and changes appear in the flow of the nadis, which is Supreme Joy. As the bliss of melting increases, all the joy of attachment to external objects merges inward, the external joy
