Without conceptualization. Similarly, rather than not entrusting wisdom to the disciple of the master, through the practice of hand seals and meditative absorption, from the heart of bodhicitta to the secret place, there are the four joys of separation of body, speech, mind, and wisdom; from the secret place to the jewel, there are the four co-emergent ones of body, speech, mind, and wisdom. The bliss that moves and arises at the tip of the jewel is the wisdom of the empowerment of wisdom and awareness, which is longer than the previous two. Although it becomes special, it is an old person because it is ultimately unstable. All of these are said to be moving progressions, which are understood to be of an unstable and changing nature. Progression means the act of going. "Long duration" indicates that although it ultimately decays, it lasts longer than the previous ones, thus implicitly indicating that the fourth wisdom, which will be explained below, is imperishable and stable. The fourth empowerment that transcends the world does not arise from the hand seals of karma and wisdom, nor from the meditation of conceptualization, but from attachment to the great seal of emptiness and form. The mind of enlightenment is bound and obscured, and from this arises the unwavering bliss that has manifested. This is the empowerment by the great seal of the Wisdom Mother, emptiness and form, which is the fourth empowerment that transcends the world, the unchanging wisdom. Thus, from which method of the great seal is the unwavering, unchanging bliss realized? That should be understood as the Lord of Beings. In the world, the source from which countless lineages of sons and grandsons and so on arise, the ancestor is known as the Lord of Beings. The non-Buddhists believe that Brahma and other creators emanate all the worlds, and that the one into which they ultimately dissolve is the Lord of Beings. Similarly, unchanging bliss is completely distinguished by the nature of reality, and the nature of reality is the basis of all samsara and nirvana. The protector is the Buddha, and it is also because of the complete distinction through the realization of the nature of reality that he is the creator of all Buddhas. Or, the protector, that is, the symbol of the Buddha, the pure one with the thirty-six aspects, the aggregates and elements three

There are six chakras, which purify the impure aggregates and elements, and generate pure aggregates and elements. The unchanging bliss, the Bodhicitta, is stable from the jewel to the crown of the head. This is using the four Kayas of the result as the path, and is the four Kayas of the path: Vajrasattva Sahajakaya, Bodhisattva Dharmakaya, Mahasattva Sambhogakaya, and Samayasattva Nirmanakaya. The Bodhicitta is stable in the navel, heart, throat, and crown of the head, and is connected to the four joys of lower stability, the four moments, and the attainment of the four fruits. Everything is indivisible bliss and emptiness, the unchanging wisdom of the Bindu. These are also the four types of wisdom, mind, speech, and body Vajra Yoga. The wisdom of the four empowerments, as explained in this Kalachakra Tantra, bestows the supreme, unchanging union of liberation upon yogis, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas. Therefore, the order in which Vajrasattva, Mahasattva, and Bodhisattva are mentioned is due to the needs of rhythm, but in reality, the order is as previously stated. Here, the Great Commentary "Essence of Meaning Condensed" and its followers associate the four places of secret place, navel, heart, and throat with the four Sattvas, the forehead with the four Vajra Yogas, and the crown of the head with the Kalachakra, associating the six chakras with the six Sattvas, which does not seem to be in accordance with the meaning of the words of the text here. Furthermore, in this King of Tantras, water empowerment and so on are referred to as child initiation empowerment, and the terms Vajra Acharya empowerment and vase empowerment are not used. Vase empowerment is always the higher empowerment in every way, and although it is not regarded as Vajra Acharya empowerment in this Tantra, it must be done as the empowerment of non-retrogression. Therefore, if empowerments are classified, there are child initiation and higher empowerment. If classified according to the object of empowerment, there are Acharya empowerment and disciple empowerment. If classified according to the level of wisdom, there are worldly and transcendental. As the "Glorious Stainless Light" says, here there are two types of higher empowerment: one is the meaning of guiding sentient beings.
