Relying on the transcendent, there are many aspects of insight and so on. I prefer the essence, so I won't elaborate here. The profound reality, and a little bit related to experience and subsequent, such as alternating observation and abiding meditation, are often explained in scriptures. However, it can also be transformed into a path, but those with oral instructions do not need this. The nature is inherently free from elaboration. Knowing that it is like this, the unparalleled king of methods is the devotion to a qualified guru. Observe your own mind with your own mind, and practice calm abiding to gain freedom. The nature is inherently free from elaboration. Seek the mind to generate definite understanding. Once the mind is determined, it is enough to just recognize it, so practice constant mindfulness without separation. Without mindfulness, it is difficult to recognize. Because it is the original reality, it is crucial to be unadulterated and original. Because whatever arises is innate, it is crucial to relax and abide in meditation. The ultimate completion of all actions and practices is the key to inspiration. Seeing the guru as the Dharmakaya, devotion and blessing are used as the path, which is the practice of meditation. The seven supreme keys are the words of the guru, and at the ultimate of practice, it is indispensable and important. The mind is clear, empty, and unattached, not contaminated by dullness or agitation. Letting go, going, staying, and abiding are all free. It is the root of calm abiding meditation. If you are dull, tighten and uplift your spirit. If you are agitated, relax and lower your gaze. No matter what you do during the break between sessions, cherish the abiding nature. Such as deities, bindus, etc., no matter what kind of visualization method is taught, the awareness without support, abiding in non-meditation, is the most profound key. Observing your own mind with your own mind, it becomes clear and unspeakable, converging into the intangible. The mundane forms, colors, places, and times cannot be found, and the original reality is seen. At that time, the emptiness and clarity of your own mind is the Dharmakaya, which has always existed but was not known before. Because continuous recognition is needed, it is crucial to always guard with mindfulness. Without purifying the rememberer and the remembered in the essence, when mindfulness arises, know how to look at your own face. When mindfulness disappears, it is no different from ordinary people. Recognition is the root of mindfulness. Abiding without recognition is ignorance. Recognizing self

Conceptual thoughts are the Dharmakaya. If you know that everything is the play of the Dharmakaya, otherwise everything is the deception of elaboration. Water and fire, rest in the self-luminous unity. As the great Brahmin said. Unfabricated, the original practice is the core of practice. Fabricated experiences, even if good, are like bubbles. Meditating on emptiness examined by wisdom, and emptiness of retraction after grasping, expansion and contraction, and the blessings of deity meditation, mantra recitation, etc., and the emptiness experience of meditating on the yoga of the channels, and the clarity of meditating on the instructions of the winds, and the bliss wisdom of meditating on bindus, all kinds of constant appearances arise, all depend on conditions and are temporary. Like seeing magic tricks when substances and mantras are combined. When causes and conditions come together, they arise, otherwise they do not arise. Unstable, impermanent, increasing, decreasing, disappearing. Not original, arising and ceasing immediately. If taken by unfabricated, natural practice, then all of them are the unchanging Dharmakaya. No matter how good the meditation done by the mind is, it is empty and meaningless chaff. Naming the bad as good, treating the antidote as an object, and all kinds of fabrications made by the confusion of conceptual thoughts, Like the sky obscured by fog and clouds, it is an obstacle to seeing the face of reality itself. There is no need to turn a drop of gold into gold. All appearances and sounds are naturally free from elaboration. There is no need to fabricate new elaboration with methods. Rest in that nature without fabrication. If you recognize the face of non-thought and the mind abides, then abide in that state like the sky. No matter how good or bad conceptual thoughts arise, there is no need to fabricate them, rest in relaxation. When afflictions arise, whatever arises is clear and empty. When renunciation and compassion arise, it is also clear and empty. Whatever arises, whatever appears, everything is of one taste. If you make acceptance and rejection, refutation and establishment, it is harmful to yourself. There is no need to specifically prevent afflictive conceptual thoughts, nor to seek wisdom and goodness from elsewhere. Abandonment and antidote, taste is equal, essence is not different. Since it is not established separately from the original realm, it should be equally placed in the state of equality. In the realm of effortless and inaction, no matter how the appearance of elaboration is shown, it is like the moon in water, without action, without master. No matter what kind of object appearance such as form appears, the nature is
