一方，难断的敌友关系三者，实乃阻碍解脱道的河流。若能使其自然解脱，岂非仰仗三宝与慈父上师的恩泽？如今思及，方知恒久安乐之源，始于精进之顶峰。往昔无始轮回至今，日复一日积攒财富，虽竭力降伏敌寇、守护亲友，然除徒增自身疲惫外，所作所为皆失其要义。人、敌、友皆为无常的市集过客，短暂的利益关系转瞬即逝，何必徒劳地循环于爱恨情仇之中？ 居于宜人的禅房之中，身心不动，享受闲适的安乐，内心毫无忧虑地休憩，此等境界，纵是帝释天亦难得一见。世间众生的种种现象，皆为下三道的痛苦，以及上三道兴衰更替的轮回，难有片刻安乐之机。那些自诩权势滔天、傲慢自大之辈，日夜操劳，不得片刻安宁，反遭他人嘲笑。因此，切莫误以为世俗愿望是良策，应将心性与空性、慈悲相结合，以虔诚的信心和恳切的祈祷为助缘，迅速增上善行，恳请您毫不散乱地精进修持此道！吉祥圆满！ 献给噶举派喇嘛昆噶伦珠： 嗡 斯瓦斯帝（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭཱ་སྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！）。顶礼至尊上师与三世诸佛之莲足，从甘露般的妙法之海中撷取，略述甚深教言。如是，导师如来，开示了无量无边的正法之门，并非为了贬低他人之言辞，亦非为了压制他人， 亦非为了自我标榜，更非为了扩张自身势力，而是源于无缘大慈的本性，平等慈爱一切众生，为了引导他们证得自身所证之无上菩提。因此，凡欲修持佛法者，务必以自身与他人皆能证得无上圆满正等觉果位为唯一目标。首先，修持佛法并加以实践

And the three relationships of enemies and friends that are difficult to cut off are the rivers that block the path of liberation in the realm. Is it not the grace of the Three Jewels and the father lama that they are liberated in their own place? Now that I think about it, the ultimate in lasting happiness is the pinnacle of aspiration that has begun. From the beginningless cycle of samsara, have you accumulated wealth until this day? Although you have tried to subdue enemies and protect relatives, all the work you have done has lost its meaning, except for your own exhaustion. People, enemies, and relatives are impermanent guests in a market. What is the point of spinning the wheel of attachment and hatred in the fleeting relationship of temporary interests? In a pleasant meditation room, the body is motionless and enjoys the happiness of leisure, and the mind is free from worries. Even Indra rarely has this kind of rest. All the phenomena of sentient beings in the world are the suffering of the three lower realms, and the cycle of prosperity and decline in the higher realms. There is no chance for a little happiness. Those who are arrogant and call themselves powerful are busy with work day and night, and they have no time to be happy and are ridiculed by others. Therefore, it is a terrible mistake to think that worldly desires are good. The mind should be combined with emptiness and compassion, and with the diligence of faith and earnest prayer, this should be done to increase the immediate virtues. Having bowed to the lotus feet of the supreme lama and the Buddhas of the three times, I will extract from the ocean of nectar-like Dharma and briefly describe the profound teachings. Thus, the teacher, the Tathagata, taught the infinite gates of the holy Dharma, not to belittle the words of others, nor to suppress others, Nor to promote oneself, nor to expand one's own power, but from the nature of impartial great compassion, loving all sentient beings equally, in order to guide them to attain the supreme enlightenment that one has attained. Therefore, those who wish to practice the Dharma must have as their sole goal the attainment of the supreme, perfect, and complete enlightenment of themselves and others. First, practice the Dharma and put it into practice.
