And... similar. When you understand without effort, all faults are virtues. This is just a reminder of the previous habitual practice. Mangalam! Auspicious! This is advice to those who are like pilgrims to Lato (Tibetan place name). ༈ Om Svasti. (Tibetan: ༀ་སྭཱ་སྟི།) I pray to the wonderful Lama with intense longing. All you yogis who travel around the country, please keep this in mind. Now that you have met the Dharma, be sure to rely on the supreme Lama. In short, alala, it is really good luck! If you accumulate merit for a long time, you will receive the blessing of the most supreme Lama. Generation stage, completion stage, and recitation, etc., spread these great virtues in all directions. Do not cling to virtue, accumulate roots of virtue in a relaxed state. Obtain aimless prayers. When going to the great holy places, do not quarrel or fight, please arrange the auspicious connections for practice. Regard all appearances as the practice of the deity. There is an auspicious connection for pure appearances to arise impartially. Also, recite mantras as much as possible. There is an auspicious connection for truthful words and fulfilled vows. May all the desires you need be as loud as a bell, and after reciting "Phat! (Tibetan: ཕཊ།) (Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: cut)", put it down on the spot. There is an auspicious connection for subduing appearances. Obtain selfless prayers. There is an auspicious connection for benefiting beings to arise impartially. Regard all appearances as the nature of your own mind, and maintain mindfulness. There is an auspicious connection for the manifestation of realization. Recognize any afflictions that arise. There is an auspicious connection for transforming afflictions into Dharma. Meditate on the yoga of channels, winds, and bindus. There is an auspicious connection for the blessing of the Dakinis. Wherever you stay, strive to offer tormas. There is an auspicious connection for averting obstacles. Repeatedly make devout prayers. There is an auspicious connection for the development of the Dharma lineage. These are just symbols, so you need to know how to arrange auspicious connections. If you know how to arrange the inner and outer auspicious connections, the desired accomplishments will fall like rain. This is also a close instruction from Tāranātha. May virtue and goodness increase! Oral instruction example explanation completed. Om Svasti. (Tibetan: ༀ་སྭཱ་སྟི།) Conquer the enemy of ego-clinging pride, the Victorious One is like the king of beasts, with immeasurable qualities and wealth, roaring like a lion, dualistic

To the teachings spoken by the Sugata, I respectfully bow to the wise. By kindling the lamp of instructions, may the imagery of poetry also be made clear. A body endowed with ten endowments is as rare as a wish-fulfilling jewel. Like an inexhaustible treasure, all perfections are obtained from this. This is called the example of the Dharma. This body is like a bubble of water, and breath is like autumn mist. Even the glory of heavenly riches is like a dream spectacle. This is called the example of things. This lamp with exhausted oil, like the life of a man heading to the abode of the Lord of Death, depends on other conditions and inevitably perishes. This is called the opposite example. This body of flourishing youth, though beautiful, is unstable like a rainbow. This rainbow, like the body, shows the nature of compounded things. This is called the mutual example. For the vividly adorned picture of desirable objects, the mind's wavering is like a bee running to a poisonous flower, and nothing else. This is called the definite example. The mind that wavers like grass, is as elusive as lightning. Flowing water and other violently moving things, if there are others, are similar to this. This is called the indefinite example. The unbearable feelings of the lower realms, are not the same as a razor just because it is sharp, but also generate fear in sentient beings. This is called the condensed example. Those who experience the suffering of hell, all know the suffering is intense. The riches of heaven are suffering, the noble ones know, these two are different. This is called the example of difference. The splendor of the face of a heavenly beauty, do not be arrogant because you have it, white lotus. Because the radiant silk-cotton tree forest, its sister also has the same. This is called the extremely exaggerated example. This bliss of Brahma's meditation, if it can hold constant and unchanging youth, then the uncontaminated bliss is higher than it, and is the same as the state of liberation. This is called the wonderful example. The mind is completely detached from attachment, and is ignorant in distinguishing between the beautiful form of flourishing youth, and the pile of bones abandoned in the cemetery. This is called the ignorant example. Is this a drop of water perched on the tip of a tree leaf, swaying intensely? Or is it a human body controlled by intense craving? Such doubts arise.
