I, the senses, etc., appearing as sentient beings in the six realms, and objects such as forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile objects, and dharmas, all are merely appearances of one's own mind. Although there is no external reality, it appears as if there is. All appearances like this are neither outside nor inside. They are not established as objects or mind. Just like in the deluded perception of madness, although there is no enemy in reality, the enemy appears to be chasing oneself. That appearance as an enemy is a mental projection. Not only is it not outside, but how can it be established in the nature of the mind, just like the delusion of seeing an enemy? Because form is not established from the beginning. In the deluded appearance of one's own mind, although it appears in the form of form, not only is form not outside, but how can it be established in the nature of the mind? If a rabbit has no horns on its head, even if one dreams of a rabbit with horns in a dream, that is merely an appearance of delusion, and it does not exist anywhere inside or outside. Likewise, all phenomena are such that samsara is empty from the beginning, and not only that, but also the various appearances of the path, and the infinite pure appearances of the result, all are magical displays of the mind. The nature of the mind is like the sky. It is never possible to change, and it is free from partiality, nearness, and distance to anything. It has no characteristics such as color or shape. In that which is invisible and ungraspable, no matter what is done, it can be contained, and all containers and contents can appear. It cannot be said to be either existent or nonexistent. This precious king of the mind is nothing at all and has no object. In any characteristic of phenomena, it cannot be said to exist in this way. Samsara, the container and contents of the world, and karma, afflictions, suffering, etc., faith, compassion, emptiness, meditation, the stages of grounds and paths, and the appearances of experiences, realizations, qualities, and the compassion of the Buddhas of the result, and the wisdom, miraculous powers, strength, and activities that appear without interruption. These inexhaustible appearances of the basis, path, and result arise in the appearance of one's own mind alone. Therefore, it cannot be said to be nonexistent. From beginningless samsara until the ultimate end, the nature of the mind is clear and empty. Even when born in the lower realms of hell, the essence does not become evil, and when one attains perfect Buddhahood, the essence does not become good. The aspect of clarity is continuous and uninterrupted, so it is not nonexistent. It is primordially

Non-existence is not existence, Neither both, nor not both either. Since those are not, nor is anything else, There's no saying 'this is it' about one's own mind. Rest equally in the sphere of unspeakable, unthinkable. The fifth discourse, which is mainly about view. That pure nature view, Should be linked with the companion of conduct. In the subtleties of black and white karma, Strive diligently to accept and reject, Protect vows and commitments like life. Cherish diligently accomplishing the virtue That has been vowed and promised. Whatever you rely on increases the sacred Dharma, Connects with virtue and agrees with the mind, Content with enough and whatever you do, The three doors are in accordance with the Dharma, No matter how high or low, If you find such a good friend, rely on them. Now, only because of the faults of the times, It is difficult to find such a good friend, Stay alone in solitude. Things that hinder the Dharma, And those who engage in sinful deeds, Bad friends should be abandoned far away. Whoever is a friend in this life, Desire for greatness and arrogance, attachment, hatred, etc., If they are increasing, Then do not stay in the same country, Going far away is supreme. A place where Dharma practice increases, It is a sacred place, so stay for a long time. Where attachment, hatred, and bias increase, Even if it is the residence of accomplished masters, Or a monastic community or Dharma school, Even if it is the seat of the Lama, Do not stay, go to a solitary place. Prostrations and circumambulations, etc., Do whatever good the body can accomplish. There is a purpose in obtaining a human body. Reciting scriptures, prayers, mantras, etc., Do whatever good the speech can do. There is a benefit to gaining the power of speech. Deity meditation and faith, joy, etc., Strive for the good of the mind. The mind naturally awakens to Samadhi. Unnecessary busy wandering, And endless empty talk and chatter, Those who create countless thoughts that disturb the mind, Even if the body stays in solitude, it is meaningless. This rare leisure and endowed human body, Do not waste time, dedicate yourself to the Dharma. Be diligent in offerings and Tormas, And the supreme field of merit for beneficiaries, The Sangha, and offer to statues and stupas, And give charity to the poor. Make the all-encompassing precious Guru happy.
