སླུ་འདྲ། །གཉེན་འབྲེལ་གྱི་གདུང་སེམས་འདི་འཇིག་འཇིག་འདྲ། །འཁོར་གཡོག་འདི་ཀུན་དང་འབྲལ་འབྲལ་འདྲ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ན་ཚའི་ཚད་འདི་འཇིག་འཇིག་འདྲ། །རྣག་ཁྲག་གི་རྐྱལ་བུ་འདི་རལ་རལ་འདྲ། །ཤ་ཁྲག་གི་སྤེའུ་འདི་འགྱེལ་འགྱེལ་འདྲ། །རྨ་ཤུ་བའི་མཁར་འདི་འཇིག་འཇིག་འདྲ། །སྦྲང་མ་ཀུན་སྦྲང་རྩི་གསོག་གསོག་ནས། །དབྱར་སོས་ཀྱི་ཟླ་བ་དྲུག་ཀྱང་ཐལ། །སྐད་ཅིག་གཅིག་ལ་གཞན་གྱིས་འདོན། །བུ་གསག་ལ་མ་དགའ་སྒྲུབ་པ་གྱིས། །ཕྱི་མ་ངན་སོང་གི་འཐེན་ཐག་དང༌། །ཚེ་འདིར་ཡང་ ཡིད་བརྟན་མ་མཆིས་པར། །ཐ་མལ་གྱི་གཉེན་ལ་གཏད་པ་མེད། །བུ་གཉེན་གྱི་གཙོ་བོར་བླ་མ་བསྟེན། །ཐབས་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བཏུལ་ཀྱང་ཐུལ་བར་དཀའ། །དགྲ་བཏུལ་བས་རང་ཉིད་དམྱལ་བར་ལྷུང༌། །བླུན་པོ་ཀུན་མདུན་མའི་འཆུག་ལུགས་ལ། །དགྲ་ཕྱི་ནས་མ་འདུལ་རང་སེམས་ཐུལ། །དུས་གསུམ་གྱི་རྒྱལ་བའི་གཤེགས་ཤུལ་དེ། རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་སྒོམ་པ་ཡིན་ལགས་ཀྱང༌། །མི་འདི་ཀུན་ཐ་སྙད་ལ་དགའ་དགའ་འདྲ། །བུ་ཐ་སྙད་ལ་མ་དགའ་རྩེ་གཅིག་བསྒོམས། །དོན་ནི་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་སྒོམས་ན་ཆེ། །གདམས་ངག་ཀུན་གྱི་གཙོ་བོ་དེ། །ཞེན་མེད་དང་བྱ་བཏང་འདི་ལགས་མོད་ཀྱང༌། །མི་འདི་ཀུན་ཟང་ཟིང་ལ་དགའ་དགའ་འདྲ། །བུ་ཟང་ཟིང་ལ་མ་དགའ་ཆོས་ལ་འབུངས། །སོ་མ་རང་དགར་སྐྱོང་བ་འདི། །ཆོས་ཀུན་གྱི་དགོངས་པ་ཡིན་ལགས་ཀྱང༌། །དམིགས་བཅས་ལ་མི་འདི་དགའ་དགའ་འདྲ། །སེམས་བཅུར་ཐག་མ་གཏོང་རང་དགར་ཞོག །ནན་ཏན་གྱིས་གཏན་ལ་དབབ་རྒྱུ་སྟེ། །རང་གི་སེམས་ཉིད་ཡིན་པ་ལ། ཁ་ཕྱིར་ལྟ་ལ་དགའ་བ་འདི་ཡ་རེ་ཆ། །རང་ངོ་ལ་ལྟོས་དང་སྐལ་ལྡན་གྱི་བུ། །ཚེ་གཅིག་གི་སངས་རྒྱས་འགྲུབ་པ་སྟེ། །གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཟབ་ལམ་ཡིན་ལགས་ཀྱང༌། །འདི་ཀུན་གྱི་བློར་མི་ཤོང་བ་གདའ། །བུ་ཟབ་མོའི་ཆོས་ལ་དག་སྣང་སྦྱོངས། །འཁོར་འདས་ ངོ་བོ་རོ་གཅིག་འདི། །སྤྲོས་དང་བྲལ་བ་གཅིག་ཡིན་པ་ལ། །བློ་བྱས་སྒོམ་པ་ནི་རྒོད་རེ་བྲོ། །བུ་གཅེར་མཐོང་ངོ་ཤེས་ཕྱོགས་མེད་དུ་སྐྱོངས། །ཡིད་ཆེས་ཀྱི་དད་པ་སྐྱོན་མེད་འདི། །གདམས་ངག་ཟབ་མོའི་སྣོད་ཡིན་ཀྱང༌། །རང་བློས་རྒྱས་བཀབ་ཀྱི་ཕོ་ཚོད་འདི་འཁྲུལ། །བུ་དད་པ་ངོ་ལྐོག་མེད་པར་སྦྱོངས། །མི་རྟག་འཆི་བ་བསམ་པ་འདི། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུལ་མར་གདའ་བ་ལ། །འདི་ཀུན་གྱི་རྣ་བར་མི་སྙན་པ་གདའ། །སྙན་པ་ལ་མ་སེམས་དོན་ལ་ལྟོས། །ཆོས་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་བའི་འབྲས་བུ་དེ། །རང་སེམས་ཐུལ་བ་གཅིག་དགོས་པ་ལ། །ཆོས་ཕྱིར་དུ་འཐབ་མོ་འོང་བ་ཞིག་གདའ། །ཆོས་དང་སེམ

幻觉啊！亲戚的悲伤，好像要崩塌一样！侍从们，好像要分离一样！痛苦疾病的程度，好像要崩塌一样！脓血的袋子，好像要破裂一样！血肉的堆积，好像要倒塌一样！伤口溃烂的城堡，好像要崩塌一样！蜜蜂们积攒着蜂蜜，夏末的六个月也过去了。一瞬间就被别人夺走。不要喜欢积攒财富，要修行！来世堕入恶道的绳索，以及今生也没有 值得信赖的，不要寄托于世俗的亲戚。儿子啊，亲戚中最重要的是依止上师！即使用各种方法调伏也很难调伏。调伏敌人会让自己堕入地狱。愚笨的人们，都在犯着同样的错误。不要从外面调伏敌人，要调伏自己的内心。过去、现在、未来三世诸佛的足迹，本应一心一意地禅修，但这些人却好像喜欢谈论世俗。儿子啊，不要喜欢谈论世俗，要一心一意地禅修！重要的是一心一意地禅修才伟大。所有窍诀中最重要的是，无执和舍弃，但这些人却好像喜欢喧嚣。儿子啊，不要喜欢喧嚣，要致力于佛法！让觉性自然安住，这是所有佛法的究竟密意，但这些人却好像喜欢有所执着。不要用十种方式束缚心，让它自然安住！要认真地确定，这就是自己的心性。喜欢向外看，真是太奇怪了！看看自己的本来面目吧，有福的儿子！一生就能成就佛陀，这是密宗的甚深之道，但这些人的心中却无法容纳。儿子啊，对于甚深的佛法，要修习清净的显现！轮回和涅槃的 本体一味，本来就是远离戏论的，但用分别念来禅修真是太可笑了！儿子啊，要赤裸裸地认识自性，无偏袒地修持！毫无虚假的信心，是甚深窍诀的法器，但用自己的想法来掩盖真是太愚蠢了！儿子啊，要修习没有虚伪的信心！思维无常和死亡，本应是佛法的鞭策，但这些人的耳朵里却听不进去。不要在意好听不好听，要看重意义！修持佛法的果实，就是要调伏自心，但却有人为了佛法而争斗。佛法和心

Illusion! The sorrow of kinship seems to be collapsing! The attendants seem to be separating! The extent of suffering and sickness seems to be collapsing! This bag of pus and blood seems to be tearing! This pile of flesh and blood seems to be falling! This castle of festering wounds seems to be collapsing! All the bees are gathering honey, and six months of late summer have passed. In an instant, it is taken away by others. Do not like accumulating wealth, practice! The rope of falling into the lower realms in the next life, and even in this life there is no Trustworthy, do not entrust to ordinary relatives. Son, the most important thing among relatives is to rely on the Lama! Even if you try to tame it with various methods, it is difficult to tame. Taming the enemy will cause oneself to fall into hell. All foolish people are making the same mistake. Do not tame the enemy from the outside, tame your own mind. The footprints of the Buddhas of the past, present, and future should be meditated on with one-pointedness, but these people seem to like to talk about worldly things. Son, do not like to talk about worldly things, meditate with one-pointedness! The important thing is that meditating with one-pointedness is great. The most important of all instructions is detachment and renunciation, but these people seem to like noise. Son, do not like noise, devote yourself to the Dharma! Letting awareness rest naturally is the ultimate secret meaning of all Dharmas, but these people seem to like to be attached. Do not bind the mind in ten ways, let it rest naturally! You must earnestly determine that this is your own mind. It is so strange to like looking outward! Look at your own true face, fortunate son! Achieving Buddhahood in one lifetime is the profound path of Tantra, but these people cannot contain it in their minds. Son, for the profound Dharma, cultivate pure appearances! Samsara and Nirvana Essence is of one taste, originally free from elaboration, but meditating with conceptual mind is ridiculous! Son, recognize the nature nakedly, cultivate impartially! Unfeigned faith is the vessel of profound instructions, but it is foolish to cover it with one's own ideas! Son, cultivate faith without hypocrisy! Thinking about impermanence and death should be the spur of the Dharma, but these people cannot hear it in their ears. Do not care about what sounds good or bad, value the meaning! The fruit of practicing the Dharma is to tame one's own mind, but some people fight for the Dharma. Dharma and mind
