When I was in the womb, it was during the king's month that some roots of the royal mint in the garden began to sprout. During the festival, it was also seen that some flowers without visible roots were blooming, and many people saw it, and there are still many people who know about it now. All of these seemed to be auspicious omens. After that, I, named Natso Den, was born on the eighth day of the water month of the Wood Pig year when the sun was rising. At birth, I was born in a caul. There was no need to cut the umbilical cord, etc. My grandfather Rinpoche opened the caul with a key and performed the related rituals. At that time, a thin, fluttering, white hair appeared. Later, it gradually turned black. My grandfather said that this kind of white, fluttering hair foretells great wisdom, and do not let the shadow obscure it. In order to avert evil, he gave the name "Peaceful Vajra." After about eight months, I started walking, and in about a year I learned to speak. Nearly two years after birth, I contracted a severe case of dysentery. My uncle was very skilled in medicine, and he tried all kinds of treatments, but none of them worked. Because the child was weak, his nose also collapsed. People said, will he survive tonight, or will he survive tomorrow morning? Other than that, they had already decided that I would die. The next morning, just as dawn broke, about five acharyas came up the inner stairs. The first one was blessing me with a book, saying many things. Then they went down the stairs again. After that, where they went is unknown. My father and uncles, etc., about five family members, all saw this scene together, but other than seeing it, there was no thought of taking any action. I think that it was because I was afflicted by such obstacles that those who were lamas in past lives came to avert these obstacles. It was because of this that my illness was cured, and after three or four days I recovered. From the time I was born, I almost never closed my eyes to sleep day and night, so many people said that this person speaks very little and is like a wooden person, will he become a fool or a mute? My grandfather Rinpoche said that not closing his eyes to sleep

It is said that the reincarnated being comes to the clear light. In any case, ever since he attached to his mother's body, there have been many joyful omens, so people often said that he would be no ordinary person. Later, when he was just learning to speak, once while sunbathing on the roof, it seemed to be a sign that the winds and mind were slightly entering the central channel. Rainbow-colored web-like patterns appeared in the sky, and in between these patterns, various colors and shapes of deity forms appeared, making the sky seem crowded, and this happened again and again, and it is still clearly in my memory. Not long after that, at the request of some Jokdens (thrones) and mantra practitioners who came from Chujang Kha (place name), Grandfather Rinpoche gave all the empowerments of the Kagye secret section, as well as the empowerments of Maning Gonpo, Wrathful Guru, Red and Black Gonpo, Four-Armed Treasure Gonpo, etc. He also had a sand mandala constructed, and bestowed some Father Tantra teachings such as the empowerment of Bhagavan Glorious Vajrabhairava, all of which seemed to have been obtained as incidental Dharma. The mandala and offerings, etc., are still vaguely remembered, but I had no understanding of the meaning of the Dharma words. Because I was able to sit properly on the Dharma seat and skillfully receive the empowerment substances, Rinpoche was very pleased. Because he was constantly making offerings and repairs, I diligently did some small things that were needed, such as sprinkling torma water and shaking the drum. Not only did I have an understanding of my ancestors, but also a natural devotion to the Lama arose. I hardly slept with my parents, but slept in the shrine room next to my grandfather. At that time, a large statue of Bhagavan Shakyamuni was enshrined among the offerings. I repeatedly asked about the statue, and they told me some stories about the Twelve Deeds. Although I did not remember the complete details of the stories, I developed great faith and a sincere desire to attain Buddhahood. In the Thangka of Red Yamari, there was a Hevajra deity. Just seeing these two deities, my heart always felt extremely joyful. I had little interest in other things, but I was always filled with joy and wanted to repeatedly look at all those dense mantra images of the yidams and Dharma protectors.
