There are some minor differences. This time, the statue of the Buddha is about two hundred. For all the statues we have built before, we offer equally to the back and front of the statue, and the face is the main part of the statue. The red gold used for the body is thicker than the base gold, and then cold gold is offered on top of it. Because cold gold requires more material than five- or six-petaled red gold, most places later have a practice of calculating the cost of offering cold gold on the face as red copper. This seems to be just a pretentious deception. It may also be a mistake to value the small and neglect the big. In any case, the base gold should be made the same as the whole. Immediately after that, two consecrations were done. Later, during the waxing moon, while preparing to do the consecration on the seventh and eighth days, it happened that the personal deity statue of Jowo Je Palden Atisha, a Hevajra Luipa mandala, was sent to us from Ngamring (now Ngamring County, Tibet) by (Jetsun Drung). Therefore, the consecration was also performed according to the Luipa ritual. On the day of the official consecration, many people also came up to the monastery. Monks and practitioners, both ordained and lay people, gathered in large numbers, and a grand celebration and offering were held. During the four months, grand consecration celebrations and offerings were held twice for the monks and all the people, without the need for long preparations. Although I am a small lama, I find it interesting to see the great lamas and local officials. In reality, what is the importance of worldly affairs? Even if you don't think it's important, everything will eventually collapse. So, it's better to be straightforward. After I built the statue, I didn't expect others to offer khatas or anything like that. Immediately after the consecration, we ourselves offered many khatas, and this is the case for all newly built statues. Here, the ground decorations and sky decorations were also completed appropriately. For all these statues built before and after, after the consecration, the craftsmen will be given more than the original wages, which is my characteristic. In particular, for all the statues built before and after, the Nepalese craftsmen will be compensated for the amount of pure gold they used, as well as tea, cloth, silk, etc., knowing that they will definitely spend on gold. There has never been a default.

Oh. In addition, there are certainly various people who make offerings to the Three Jewels with faith these days. But in general, there are very few people who build the Three Jewels. Most of the wealth is wasted on tea, alcohol, food, and drink. They say men's ornaments, women's ornaments, and the wealth that can be scraped together is spent on those who cannot be scraped. They regard bright, new clothes as treasures. The wealth of monks is wasted on bad people. The wealth of bad people and lamas is wasted on evil spirits. Starting from expectations, it is wasted in hell and the hungry ghost realm. Even if someone barely makes offerings to the Three Jewels with the eight worldly concerns, it is not allowed to discuss the poor. Even if someone is happy to be false and deceitful, if they don't have it themselves, there is no way. Some people, using the excuse of building something in a certain monastery, rely on the power of inciting local officials, and in various markets, they take gold, silver, copper, and other items without paying, openly committing robbery-like behavior. They boast and brag, and their bad behavior causes themselves, the patrons, and the local officials to fall into the next life due to the sin of robbery. Gathering evil-speaking people causes them to suffer in this life. This bad example is taught by monks, and worldly people will certainly imitate it. This bad example of hoarding goods and robbing started later. If the craftsmen, etc., are their own servants or monks, or biased people, then that's it. Otherwise, they will try to minimize what flows out of their own hands. They will say that so-and-so patron made offerings, so-and-so gave wages, and they don't have to spend a penny to build the stone wall themselves, and they haven't done any good deeds themselves, which is completely a flaw. They rely on their strong power, authority, and ability to control others, and boast to everyone. It is meaningless to take credit for what others have done, which is a foolish statement. Because most people like to boast and be stingy, such words easily enter the ears of fools. As it is said, "Because people like faults, faults are also seen as virtues." This statement is true. They regard robbery and inciting others as sacred behavior.
