They say there is no benefit. Oh, does the Buddha, who needs to be maintained by sin alone, abandon his own enlightenment after attaining it? Furthermore, many unnecessary things are spent by oneself or one's servants on reckless behaviors such as selling alcohol and prostitution. If there are any leftovers that haven't been spent, perhaps they occasionally do some virtuous deeds. So, is it because of the reputation of being a "big shot" written on the face that it doesn't matter whether there are paintings or not? You say, "You have seen it," but in reality, it is so. If I misunderstand and make mistakes, there is no way to avoid it. Knowing full well, I have never made a lie with malicious intent, nor will I ever. When speaking, I speak the truth. If speaking the truth becomes criticizing others, it is the fault of others for bringing it upon themselves. I have no guilt. To contemplate something that is not true as true is purely a wrong view. To know that what is true is true, that is what is called "right mindfulness." You cannot control the mouth of the beggar Drolgon (སྤྲང་པོ་སྒྲོལ་མགོན།) at all. If you act according to the Dharma, know that my mouth will be covered. Around May and June, I went to Cholung Jangtse I consecrated the house of Dechok Podrang (བདེ་མཆོག་ཕོ་བྲང་།) and arranged other auspicious events. Within this year, I built the wall of Deyang (སྡེ་ཡངས་) on the left side of Zabyong (ཟབ་ཡོངས་), many stone steps, the top lamp of Pema Ling (པདྨ་གླིང་།), and various kinds of castle works. In March, the scribes from Nyemo (སྙེ་མོ་བ།) arrived. In early April, the scribes from Yewa (གཡེ་བ།) also arrived. Gathering all the scattered scribes from these upper and lower regions, along with the four permanent scribes, a total of about one hundred and eighty scribes gathered and began writing the translation of the Tengyur. In September, all the pigments and everything else were completed smoothly without any obstacles. The original text of this Tengyur has about one hundred and seventy volumes. There are also many newly made volumes, so a total of nearly two hundred volumes were produced. Each volume is calculated at three hundred and sixty pages, and the cost per volume is six Yongka.

Although it seems like they are making some cuts, they consider it important to build the Three Jewels. For each scripture, they are determined to give the equivalent of one hundred loads as payment, along with regular wages, tea, alcohol, tsampa, and so on, and they also try their best to make the banquets at the time as good as possible. The scribes are also satisfied. In general, if the artisans are not satisfied when building the supports for body, speech, and mind, then the blessing of that support will be small. The reason for this is mainly that the patrons have not accumulated enough merit, and temporarily, the artisans are the creators of the support, which is an auspicious connection. Earlier last year, at the place of a very important lama official, about fifty painters painted the wall paintings of the summer Sangtang Temple, but the payment was only some tea and alcohol, and all the artisans were frustrated. Tulku Snartang has historical records of that time. As for the supports we have built before and after, we have only made the artisans very satisfied. Similarly, in other aspects, the consecration Khenpo and the empowerment Khenpo should also be given more importance, but nowadays, most people think that it is enough to entrust the consecration to themselves, and they feel honored to have requested the empowerment themselves. In this way, all the auspicious connections of this life and the next are heading towards destruction. Also, this year, starting from between the third and fourth months of the Tibetan calendar, until the beginning of July, they also successfully built a magnificent statue of Maitreya, surpassing all others. The main deity of this statue is Jampa Gonpo, next to it are the Prajnaparamita Sutra and Tara, above are Amitabha and Jowo Chenrezig, who is the two-handed Dechen Chenrezig, on the left and right are the noble Asanga and the omniscient great master, and below are Gur Gonpo and others. As for the materials for the statue, there are about one hundred rolls of exquisite silk that have not been painted or touched, and if the width of the exquisite silk is calculated as sixteen mouths per roll, there are about seventy rolls of silk left over. In short, from cutting to completion, a total of one hundred and seventy rolls of exquisite silk were used, and the thread itself also used about twenty-one rolls of silk, and the backing and other materials were all completed. The records of how much these cost are kept in a separate account book. On the eighth, the internal consecration was successfully performed, and on the twelfth of July, the external consecration opening ceremony was held, this monastery
