For Kunyer Nyin Rinpoche and some other devotees, the blessings of the Six Yogas of Niguma were bestowed. Meetings were held with various officials and attendants. For about two hundred and fifty people, including Yol Khenchen and many Geshes, the Kalachakra initiation was conferred. In addition, there were the initiations of Hevajra Krishnacharya, Guhyasamaja Manjuvajra, Vajrabhairava Ra Lotsawa tradition, Hevajra Ghantapada body mandala, the blessings of the Five Stages, and the complete guidance and explanation of the Five Stages of Ghantapada. For some monks, guidance on the Path of Joy and Sorrow was given, etc. In short, during this time, for about one month and twenty days, the Dharma flourished greatly. On the fifteenth day of the twelfth month, I arrived at Dranasura Mountain. That night, while sleeping in the temple, the clear light of dreams completely enveloped the night. A good door of auspicious connection was about to form in that place but vanished. The next day, when I went to Jhundu Khor, initiations and other things were done according to their wishes. A small lock of hair was taken from a young girl. That night, they strongly urged me to stay, but I felt it was inauspicious, so I did not stay. The next day, I visited the sacred site of Ushangdo. After that, I went to pay respects to the inscription on the stele of Gyade Karchung. After that, the attendant of Zhashi Tob, received the reincarnation of Do Ngak Lingpa. That night, at Rasa Thrulnang, I met with Zhashi Tob. Because it had been a long time since we had met, we were both very relieved. During this time, I stayed in Lhasa for four days, and did my best to perform prostrations, offerings, and prayers. At night, there were many chaotic miracles and visions of clear light appearing spontaneously. On the wall of Yagya Barkhang, one of the eight radiant goddesses, a fine blue silk scarf was offered to the image of Tara, and it appeared to be accepted, which was witnessed by everyone without falsehood. I presented Zhashi Tob with the near-lineage blessing transmitted from Pakar Sherab Gyaltsen Panchen Naks Rin. I stayed in Yarlung Yerpa for three days. From the time I completed the Horse year, the venerable Yungdrung said that I should spend about three years in retreat at Yerpa, and even if not, I should do a retreat for a period of time every year.

Wherever one went, the situation changed, so three years were reduced to three days. In general, most students in a declining era, and especially most officials, both high and low, thought about how to eliminate obstacles through magic and other means, or wondered what kind of worldly benefits they could achieve to become famous. Some were greedy for gains, and no matter who came along, they would take them as their guru and receive whatever teachings they could get, whether it was food, wealth, or anything else. After that, they completely disregarded their vows. In reality, such behavior is a great method for going to hell. As Dromtönpa said, 'I have never hesitated to rely on a guru, and after relying on one, I have never abandoned them.' This statement seems to be of utmost importance. At Spoka Monastery, I saw the blessed statue of Jetsunma Yerwawa, built by Drogön Kyeme Zhang. I really wanted to visit Ganden Monastery, but I didn't have the opportunity at that time. At Gyama Rinchen Gang, countless people gathered, and every day they were encouraged to cultivate their minds with the teachings of cause and effect, and popular Dharma talks were given regularly. In particular, the six empowerments of Hevajra, as well as other appropriate teachings, were widely disseminated. Every day, the tsokhor (gathering) was very grand, with four or five people guiding it. At night, a dog barked continuously, and the sound of its bark clearly articulated the sound of the six-syllable mantra for about the duration of a cup of tea. The villagers from the surrounding area gathered in a very large crowd, and I gave them the transmission of the Mani mantra and a popular empowerment. The power of blessings accumulated in Lhasa earlier quickly manifested here, so that all external appearances were like illusions, and inner awareness was like the sky, indivisible, vast, and expansive. The more external appearances there were, the greater the power, and unwavering bliss arose in the body. The breath also became balanced, and relying on the secret of inner sound, all speech became one with the sky, and all words of good and bad, high and low, appeared as equality. Nowadays, some meditators hide the faults of their own side, like hiding corpses and rotten meat, and keep doubts in their hearts like mountains, fearing exposure, while outwardly boasting about the eight worldly concerns, and secretly their body, speech, and mind are extremely impure, wasting time in vain. I feel compassion for them from the bottom of my heart. Previously
