Both the earth and samsara are reasonable to arise. Thus it is said. Furthermore, it is also said in that very text that the Tathāgatagarbha, the Dharmadhātu, the luminous nature of the mind, and Suchness are of the same meaning. Because it is said that they are unchanging, it is also said that they are unconditioned. Therefore, the Tathāgatagarbha is said to be Suchness, which is unchanging and free from elaboration. Because it is Suchness that is unchanging and free from elaboration. Holding in mind the upholding of the Sakya Pandita's tenets, it is still necessary to understand the Sakya Pandita's tenets. Some say that Buton Rinpoche does not accept the Tathāgatagarbha at all, but that is simply because they have not seen Buton's writings. Buton, in his commentary on the Perfection of Wisdom, says that sentient beings have the Tathāgatagarbha, but in the Clear Exposition he says that they do not. Shakyamuni Buddha and Maitreya Buddha, in the sutras without increase or decrease and in the Uttaratantra, say that the Tathāgatagarbha is heavily stained with the manifestation of the three poisons, latent habits, and is the Suchness of ordinary beings. The Tathāgatagarbha is purified by various stains, and when it is in a state of various impurities, that Dharmatā is the Suchness of a Bodhisattva. That entity is called a Bodhisattva. When the Tathāgatagarbha is in a state of being completely purified by all stains, that Dharmatā is the Suchness of a Buddha. That entity is called a Buddha. The Tathāgatagarbha exists in all sentient beings, Bodhisattvas, and Buddhas, but in essence, there is no change of good or bad. For example, even though space enters into all earthenware and gold vessels, the essence of space does not change for better or worse, so it is said. This is explained in detail by the noble Asanga, combining sutras, in the commentary on the Uttaratantra. In short, Maitreya says: In order to distinguish the differences in Suchness between ordinary beings, noble ones, and fully enlightened Buddhas, this essence of the Victorious One is taught to sentient beings who see that nature. And, impure, impure, pure, and, extremely pure in order, are called sentient beings, Bodhisattvas, and, Tathagatas. And, that general characteristic is faults and, the peak of virtues.

Completely pervasive, the appearance of forms is inferior, the intermediate is supreme like the sky. As before, so also later, it is the unchanging nature of reality. These words say that the Tathagatagarbha is not just the wealth needed by the Buddha alone, but the common wealth of all beings. Some also say that it is good even if one does not understand the view of conventional truth, conduct is important. Then, the naked heretics and others have meticulous conduct, so follow them. Buddhists are distinguished by their completely pure view. The Bhagavan said: One can fall from discipline, but one should never fall from view. Also said: Through discipline, one goes to good realms, through view, one becomes supreme. The noble Nagarjuna also said: If you wish to attain high status and liberation, you should become accustomed to the correct view. For a person with wrong views, even if they do good deeds, all the ripening results will be unpleasant. This is a sequential adornment, if you want to attain high status, you should become accustomed to the correct worldly view, if you want to attain liberation, you should become accustomed to the correct transcendental view. In the Collection of Special Expositions, it is also said: The correct worldly view, whoever possesses it, will not fall into the lower realms for thousands of lifetimes. So, what is the correct worldly view? It is the object of view that the truth of cause and effect, which is spoken of from the first teaching, is infallible, and the wisdom that realizes it is the view. The Sutra also says: The actions of sentient beings will not be wasted even after hundreds of thousands of kalpas. When the time comes for them to gather, they will ripen into fruit. This has been established. So, what is the transcendental view? There are two here. The object of view is that all phenomena of dependent origination in the conventional truth, which are spoken of from the intermediate teaching, are not truly existent in the ultimate truth, and the wisdom that realizes it is the view. Second, the object of view is the naturally luminous nature of the dharmadhatu, which is without birth and death, which is spoken of from the final teaching, and the wisdom that realizes it is the view. These views are added one on top of the other. Although it has been said above, it is explained in detail here in order to obtain certainty. In short,
