愿罪障平息！在嗡 ཨོཾ་ (oṃ，种子字，唵) ཨེ་ཧོ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཤུདྡྷེ (E ho śuddhe śuddhe，净化) 等之后，念诵：‘以此名为慈祥者的一切疾病、邪魔、罪障，愿皆得寂静，息增怀诛！’然后进行沐浴。我手中所持的这五宝瓶，从中流出五智之自性的甘露之流，以此洗净由五毒所积之罪障，以及由此而生的疾病、邪魔、障碍和一切不顺之境。请您慈悲纳受！ 吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，吽)！宝瓶乃无垢之琉璃瓶，内盛满如镜智之清水。以此为有缘之子沐浴，愿由嗔恨所生之疾病、邪魔、罪障皆得平息！’念诵嗡 ཨོཾ་ (oṃ，种子字，唵) ཨེ་ཧོ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཤུདྡྷེ (E ho śuddhe śuddhe，净化) 等进行沐浴。 吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，吽)！宝瓶乃无垢之金瓶，内盛满平等性智之清水。以此为有缘之子沐浴，愿由我慢所生之疾病、邪魔、罪障皆得平息！’念诵嗡 ཨོཾ་ (oṃ，种子字，唵) ཨེ་ཧོ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཤུདྡྷེ (E ho śuddhe śuddhe，净化) 等进行沐浴。 吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，吽)！宝瓶乃红宝石之瓶，内盛满妙观察智之清水。以此为有缘之子沐浴，愿由贪欲所生之疾病、邪魔、罪障皆得平息！’ 念诵嗡 ཨོཾ་ (oṃ，种子字，唵) ཨེ་ཧོ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཤུདྡྷེ (E ho śuddhe śuddhe，净化) 等进行沐浴。 吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，吽)！宝瓶乃蓝宝石之瓶，内盛满成所作智之清水。以此为有缘之子沐浴，愿由嫉妒所生之疾病、邪魔、罪障皆得平息！’念诵嗡 ཨོཾ་ (oṃ，种子字，唵) ཨེ་ཧོ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཤུདྡྷེ (E ho śuddhe śuddhe，净化) 等进行沐浴。 吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，吽)！宝瓶乃无垢之深蓝瓶，内盛满法界体性智之清水。以此为有缘之子沐浴，愿由愚痴所生之疾病、邪魔、罪障皆得平息！’念诵嗡 ཨོཾ་ (oṃ，种子字，唵) ཨེ་ཧོ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཤུདྡྷེ (E ho śuddhe śuddhe，净化) 等进行沐浴。 吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，吽)！宝瓶乃珍宝所成之宫殿，内盛满六度之清水。以此为有缘之子沐浴，愿由六根习气所生之疾病、邪魔、罪障皆得平息！’如前念诵嗡 ཨོཾ་ (oṃ，种子字，唵) ཨེ་ཧོ་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཤུདྡྷེ (E ho śuddhe śuddhe，净化) 等咒语。一滴水滴入喉咙，一滴用于漱口。将洗浴之水倒入盛放替身物的容器中或置于一旁。愿身语意三门远离一切过失。啊！沐浴完毕。第三，进行擦拭。我右手所持之 金刚杵和孔雀翎，其中心有月轮，月轮之上是深蓝色的吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，吽) 字，具有五智之自性，放射着五彩光芒。以此从您的头顶至脚底进行擦拭，吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，种子字，吽) 字放射出光芒，驱散一切疾病和邪魔。

May sins and obscurations be pacified! At the end of 'Om E ho śuddhe śuddhe (Purification)', say: 'May all the diseases, evil spirits, and sins of this person named 'So-and-so' be pacified, śāntiṃ kuru ye svāhā (Peaceful, increase, control, subdue)!'. Then perform the bathing. From this five-fold vase held in my hand, a stream of nectar, the essence of the five wisdoms, descends continuously. May it purify and cleanse all the sins accumulated through the five poisons, and all the diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, and unfavorable circumstances arising from them. Please grant your acceptance! Hūṃ! The vase is a flawless crystal vase, filled with water that is the mirror-like wisdom. As the fortunate child's body is washed with this, may the diseases, evil spirits, and sins born from hatred be pacified!' Bathe with Om E ho śuddhe śuddhe etc. Hūṃ! The vase is a flawless golden vase, filled with water that is the wisdom of equality. As the fortunate child's body is washed with this, may the diseases, evil spirits, and sins born from pride be pacified!' Bathe with Om E ho śuddhe śuddhe etc. Hūṃ! The vase is a ruby vase, filled with water that is the discriminating wisdom. As the fortunate child's body is washed with this, may the diseases, evil spirits, and sins born from attachment be pacified!' Bathe with Om E ho śuddhe śuddhe etc. Hūṃ! The vase is a sapphire vase, filled with water that is the all-accomplishing wisdom. As the fortunate child's body is washed with this, may the diseases, evil spirits, and sins born from jealousy be pacified!' Bathe with Om E ho śuddhe śuddhe etc. Hūṃ! The vase is a flawless dark blue vase, filled with water that is the wisdom of the dharmadhatu. As the fortunate child's body is washed with this, may the diseases, evil spirits, and sins born from ignorance be pacified!' Bathe with Om E ho śuddhe śuddhe etc. Hūṃ! The vase is a precious palace, filled with water that is the six perfections. As the fortunate child's body is washed with this, may the diseases, evil spirits, and sins that are the basis for the six streams of habitual tendencies be pacified!' Recite the mantra Om E ho śuddhe śuddhe etc. as before. Let one drop of water be poured into the throat, and let another be used for rinsing the mouth. Discard the bathwater into a vessel for the effigy or place it nearby. May body, speech, and mind be free from all faults. Oh! The bathing is complete. Third, for wiping: In the center of the vajra and peacock feather held in my right hand, on top of the lunar disc, is the dark blue syllable Hūṃ, the nature of the five wisdoms, radiating five-colored light. By wiping from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, the rays of light radiate from the syllable Hūṃ, dispelling all diseases and evil spirits. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Expel the poisons of sight! Expel the poisons of touch! Expel the poisons of breath! Expel the poisons of evil thoughts! If you do not release these poisons tonight, If you do not undo these curses tonight, If you do not let this person go tonight, If you do not alleviate these diseases tonight, The command of Vajrapani (ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ，वज्रपाणि，Vajrapāṇi, one who holds the vajra in his hand) has been issued, Your lives will be severed!
